Hotel Empir'e Gandhidham

The location is very bad, and it's extremely difficult to reach even with Google Maps. The hotel staff is very arrogant and not supportive at all. The rooms are very plain, with no facilities. Basic necessities like hand wash and slippers were missing in the rooms. There was no hot water in the morning, and when asked for it, the staff rudely said, "This is all we have." The quality of the breakfast is very poor and overpriced. Hotel police is rigid not guestfriendly and stubborn and the staff is discourteous services do not commensurate with the prices hotel is strongly unrecommended

Terrible Experience - Had to Change the Hotel! Booking Hotel Empir'e, Gandhidham was a huge mistake. The rooms were in an awful condition, with wall seepage, broken furniture, and dirty bedding. The blankets were unhygienic, and the food was terrible, completely tasteless and not fresh. The location was also inconvenient, making the stay even worse. The condition of the hotel was so pathetic that I had to change to a different hotel the very next morning. Not recommended to anyone! Stay away from this place.

Good service but needs lot of improvement, I stayed in no. 101, with toilet broken, lot of long hair available (probably female hairs) so need some cleaning. Ac remote not working at all. There is definitely room for improvement. I have to leave without brushing my teeth so it would have been better had they provided dental kit. Thanks.

The location is not good. Rooms are average but management is not cooperative and facilities are very poor, like no good blanket, no warm water in bathroom, etc. Food menu is also some expensive as per quality & quantity.

Very bad experience. Very noncooperative reception staff, it is very arrogant and discourteous. Never suggest anyone. Food quality is also low as per the rates. Hot water was not given to bathe instead it was very cold, even no handwash is given. Hotel policy are very rigid, they dont allow guest to visit in room.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was very nice clean and spotless, the staff were also incredibly polite and friendly, and the food services were top-notch.

Staff is very welcoming and helpful, they do their best to help. Rooms are clean. Overall a chill stay.
