Room Amenities - The blankets provided were worn out and showed signs of excessive use. Fresh, clean blankets would have made a big difference in our comfort level. - Unfortunately, the television in the room was not working, which was a major disappointment. A functioning TV is a basic expectation in any hotel room. Amenities - Mineral water was not provided in the room, which was a surprise given the hotel's standards. Service - The room service response was slow and inefficient. We had to wait for an extended period for our requests to be fulfilled, which was frustrating. Overall Experience Our stay was disappointing due to the issues mentioned above. With some improvements in room amenities and service, this hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests. We hope that the hotel management will take our feedback seriously and make necessary changes to enhance the guest experience.

Bed experience and Meneger also 500 Rs tack from. Londry not Any Rs retun and not Given setticfation. 1 pair cleaning but take 500 rs such a bed Hotel .and Service 3rd class not add Washroom Hot Water avelebal is spialy winter .

Don't stay here. The room is not clean, Landline not working, Tv not working, Windows doesn't have lock, i mean anybody can open it from outside, the AC remote is not working and you can't adjust the temperature only on/off, staff came into your room without knock, If you ask for room service they came after 20-25 minutes, I asked for tissue they didn't provided. I asked for room service for dishes in which i had dinner, they asked me to put it outside but no one took it till morning. I changed 2 rooms & all room bathrooms are leaking. This is common in all rooms

Not a hygienic place to stay, I had very bad experience staying at this hotel. Staff at reception is so reluctant to hear any thing. According to them everything is perfect at this hotel. Conditions of curtains in room were so pathetic, no one picks the service phone at reception. Even towel provided was used and dirty. Overall not a place to stay at all.

Has an extremely bad experience during my stay of 2 days .. was forced to change many rooms but each had a problem: ac not working, no place to hang yr clothes, bathroom door not closing, faulty taps, no hot water, poor room service, tasteless food,etc. The front desk staff is extremely arrogant and they don't hesitate to insult guests when confronted with complaints. Would rate this as one of the worst places that I have ever stayed in.

Rooms were ok , now this property is not own by Oyo .. so cleaning is not up to the mark. I found Cockroache in room.I would not suggest .I stayed for a day to get fresh up. But they support me for tariff, I checked in morning 7 o'clock & check out evening 8 o'clock on same day, They charged me only 1 day . (Check-in checkout is 12 noon)

No wi fi wa provided by the hotel. On name of complementary breakfast they served two slice of bread butter with a tea. Phone line was not working for hours and staff was teaching me how to use phone rather than replacing it with wotking one. Room was not cleane. Cleaning was done after i checked in. Overl all they dont even know how to run a hotel.

This hotel is located very close to gandhidham market. We arrived by bus in morning 4 am, and had some official work at 9 am. We stayed their for only 5 hrs for freshen up. Staff did not know how to talk and rooms were not clean. Water was too much salted. Bathroom was cramped. I think they were using boring water instead of Narmada water. They had cockroaches in the rooms. If u book online u might get much better hotel in same price.||||Big no for this hotel.
