Hotel Chandan

Hotel Chandan has a well-decorated reception area and a convenient location close to the station. However, the rooms feel outdated, with old furniture and a non-functional box TV. The breakfast quality is poor and doesn't match the high price. On the positive side, the staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, the stay is average--good for location but lacking in modern amenities and value for money.

I recently stayed at Hotel Chandan and had a disappointing experience. The bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I encountered rude behavior from the staff, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, the hotel did not provide mineral water as promised by MakeMyTrip's policy. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory.

Probable will not recommend. Staying in a room filled with gutter smell is impossible. Average.

Very pathetic experience this person shows in photo and vidios is very rudely behaved and this person have no sense how to talk with customer. We have issue regarding booking and this person talk with us very pathetic way didn't recommend this hotel, If you have your own self-respect then avoid this type of hotels in gandhidham.

I recently stayed at Hotel Chandan due to unavailability of rooms in the vicinity, and it was a mistake. The room had a foul stench, which was made worse by the room service person's use of a stronger-smelling room spray. The bathroom also had a persistent and overpowering stench throughout our stay. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, extending our stay without prior intimation and charging us extra.

Decent hotel. Rooms was good. Little bit expensive . But service was good. Staff behaviour was good. Easy check in. Hotel design and space was also nice. Walking distance from railway station and markets. So i would prefer to stay here.

Very poor services....no good food, cockroaches in rooms, i have been asking them since 3 times...no response. No wifi available. Also, in rooms you will get poor internet. Night staff is very rude especially the reception. You can't ask for the towel replacement. Rooms looks like clean...but lots of bugs..check recent videos If you wanna risk your health.. you can choose this old hotel. In this same budget you can get good hotels with more amenities.

Good hotel with affordable price. Rooms are good and clean. All staffs are very cooperative and gave very good service.
