Worst hotel stay experience BC oz of pathetic and unqualified staff specially the female receptionist ...so rude behavior of her makes us to change our stay to other hotel.... Suggest you to change the receptionist and staff...or give them proper training to attend the guest politely...

Recommended for tourists for its food, hospitality, and interior. Mr. Satyabhai is receptionist there - he is very friendly and helpful.
