OYO 45119 Hotel New Heritage

My experience at Hotel New Heritage was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful from the start. I was given a small room where the AC wasn't working properly, making it uncomfortable to stay. The TV was also defective, with a constant green screen, making it impossible to watch anything. However, the biggest issue was the faulty door lock - my child got stuck inside the room because the lock malfunctioned. When I contacted the hotel staff, they completely ignored my concerns, and after several hours of frustration, one person finally responded, telling me to "deal with the faulty lock" and that the TV and AC were "fine" and I should just accept it. I also requested a room change, but they refused. To top it off, the room wasn't even equipped with basic amenities like towels, soap, shampoo, or water. I had to go to the reception to collect them myself. This was a frustrating and unsafe experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of customer service and poor room conditions made it a very unpleasant stay.

After a long day at Somnath, we struggled to book hotels online, so an auto-rickshaw driver helped us secure a room here for 2200 (3 people). Given the weekend rush in Dwarka, this was a relief! Location is unbeatable--just minutes from Dwarkadhish Temple, ideal for pilgrims. The staff stood out for their warmth and flexibility; they even stored our luggage securely after checkout, letting us explore the area hassle-free. The rooms are basic but clean and functional--perfect for a short stay. Noise from the weekend crowds is expected, but the convenience outweighs it. Overall, a great value-for-money stay with thoughtful service. Recommended for pilgrims or short-term travelers needing a no-fuss base near the temple!

Very very bad hotel , therre were many khatmals if you don't know khatmal is type of bug that sucks blood , rooms were not cleaned , washroom are not cleaned , there are many cockroaches

Very bad experience. There were light issue half of the time. Fully dirty rooms. Bad service They don't even change the bedsheet. After asking multiple times.

This hotel is really bad, worst hotel service and very rude behaviour of every staffs and owner.

Nice hotel rooms also very good but not cleaned and spider net everywhere and dusty , bathroom, wash basin and toilet are combined but not properly placed wash basin , toilet and then shower not properly placed, Television also blur rooms are cool and with fast cooling. Little upset with cleanliness and bathroom set up otherwise all cool. Rates are reasonable and good staff. Dwarkadhish Temple is just 10 minutes walking distance.
