Worst experience.Do not book hotel. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the worst experience I have had with my recent hotel booking. I booked my hotel two months in advance and paid a 50% deposit to secure my reservation. However, I was just informed that they have found a "better customer option" and are planning to relocate me to another hotel. After researching the alternative they suggested, I can confidently say that it is not a good option for my stay. This entire situation has left me feeling unsettled, and I cannot help but question the integrity of their business practices. It appears that the owner is more focused on profit than providing quality service to their guests. Given this experience, I strongly advise against making any bookings with this establishment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Disappointing Experience - Worst Hotel Booking Service I had an extremely frustrating experience with this hotel. I had booked a room in advance, and after a few days my room had been given away and I was being shifted to another, less desirable hotel. It turns out that the hotel owner moved me to a different property to prioritize a higher-paying customer, leaving me without the room I had originally secured. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for the customers who had already made reservations. I had chosen this hotel specifically for its location and amenities, but was forced to settle for an inferior alternative. The second hotel was subpar, with lower standards of comfort and service, and no explanation or apology from the original hotel owner. This experience has made me lose trust in this booking service, and I would advise others to be cautious when making reservations here. This was a major inconvenience, and I'll think twice before booking with them again .

Worst experience ever. Hotel owner ask me to change the property as they got better customer. They can anytime ask you to change the hotel. Suggesting to not book hotel. Booking done from exotic hotel.

Hotel location is nearby famous Dwarka temple. Management is flexible with the early check inn's. Behaviour of staff is really appreciable. Services are quick and Chai is really best from here. Do try

Recently stay to hotel kaanha , staff is very friendly and helpful service is excellent basic room service all provided water bottle,tea,soap ,towel, hot water etc .. over all good in budget

The hotel is very neat and tidy. The staff and owner are very nice. They helped us with everything from suggesting places to finding a nice rickshaw person.Over all it was a lovely stay

Cleanliness ok Staff behavior good Location ok Only issue is we ordered for tea Got after 1 hour that too in a plastic bag with small cup otherwise ok for night stay

Hotel are net and clean service and staff is coprative overall good experience
