Don't just see the negative reviews of others, Experience and then give them a review; Staff is really quite humble and good behaviour with their guest, Not taking any extra charges also. Room is clean and interior also good; Just need to work on TVs and other Facilities. Rest is really good! Wil checkout repeatedly! :)

We given a bad room which have very poor maintenance with adore smell in wash room and bed is wet and dirty, the AC is working but remote is not given, no side tables to keep mobile phone, dirty doormats. Only one thing is good is whole building and environment. Other rooms are good but why I am given this room ?

Cleanliness in the room was not there, dust and dirt was all around. Room size is quite small in comparison to the rates charged. Toilet was not clean, water taps were chocked and very little water flow was there. No provision for any tea/coffee and breakfast. Rooms were provided to unmarried couples, not a family hotel. Worst experience.

Unpleasant stay. Firstly non delux room provided instead of delux room . secondly on convinncing them they provided delux room with soiled linen, poor bathroom. here they did not gave us key. Moreover during night lots of mouse roaming made sleepless night. on second day when I went out side they taken out my luggage without my permission on my absence and provided my room to other customer. This was most insulting experience. On request normal room was provided which has unsevrcesable tv, gyser, broken toilet sheet. I assume OYO to be an esteemed company, hence please spare the customers such inhumane conditions. waiting for your corrective actions.

They told me to check out at 10 am. TV didn't had any connection. The manager is in a attitude that his business runs on direct booking on hourly basis by unmarried couples. Accused OYO for having his 7.5 lakhs as a deposit. Overall a very very very bad experience. Worst attitude with a non professional approach.
