Cassa Marina Beach Resort

During our recent trip to Cassa Marina Beach Resort, we had a wonderful experience celebrating Holi with our family. The overall experience was delightful, and several aspects truly stood out. The staff was cooperative, and the food served was absolutely delicious -- every meal we had was nothing short of mouth-watering. The arrangement for the pool party with a rain dance setup was incredibly enjoyable, and the musical evening added a perfect touch to end the day on a high note. Everything was well-organized, and our stay felt hassle-free. However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement. The washrooms require better maintenance, with some plumbing issues that need immediate attention. Additionally, during peak meal hours, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed -- at times, the serving vessels would be empty, and there were delays in refilling them. Deploying more personnel during key meal events like lunch and dinner would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. Despite these minor concerns, our experience was fulfilling and memorable. I look forward to visiting again and am optimistic that the resort will go the extra mile to deliver an even more seamless and memorable holiday experience next time.

Their was a bat in our room. And every coffee mug was stained with some dirty marks. The staff doesn't even know how to keep the bread after roasting it, they only kept it on the dirty platform and they didn't even use a plate to keep the stacked bread on. And when I was in my room peacefully watching TV, the lights just turned off automatically and we had no idea when would it come back, luckily the lights came back in a few minutes.

Good service of the staffs, and beautiful surroundings made our stay truly special. Ideal destination for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Price is too expensive comparative vedik resort in kim. Food items are less as per price. Property is not well maintained 3.5 stars for that.

People book for wedding events and party but service was not good they don't have good cleaning in washroom in buglows and even Iron, no mug in bathroom and dirty Balti their no calls or telephone for direct talk with reception....and fast service so o must say talk properly before book about their management

Deluxe rooms are too small. Not value for money. Also try to avoid festival or peak times as they are not great at managing crowds

Food is really good. Resort was very old condition but amenities are so much.
