I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ran Heritage Resort, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warmth and helpfulness. Every need of the guest was taken into consideration, and the arrangements in the tent for our stay were impeccable--comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. The food at the resort was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. It truly added to the overall experience, making each meal something to look forward to. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. _Dining:_ The resort's restaurants served delicious and varied cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner.

Group of 8 in 4 tents had booked for 12th & 13th February nights but left after first night due to dust and unhygienic tent and bathroom facilities. Bad smell which they tried to hide under room freshner, no hot water, no toilet paper and trash all over bathroom peripheries. Two of our members fell sick so we just left the next morning. Whoever complains they shift to another room which are all the same. Recommend never go as not worth price paid

I just visited , room is made by tent which can not sustainability against cool weather you will feel cool continued even blanket was there. After paying 7500 no toilet paper, towel provided after several time said. Room was clean and hygienic. Must say food was good both dinner and breakfast. Location is 2 km from ran utsav location. Bathroom and all are ok not like hotels.Staff was polite. Draw back is you will not served any thing in your room. Tea you will get after 7.30 am. No kettle in room.If i pay 7000 plus expectation is bit more.

Awesome hotel! Very nice food, and I really enjoyed my stay. It was very cold, but the experience was great. I'm giving you 5 stars!

My family and I stayed for a day at this resort, We enjoyed absolutely everything including the delicious Kutchi food, danced with the Kutch locals, clean rooms. We all had wonderful experience here!

Great experience in a desolated place. Though the quality of service and tent accommodation provided was not upto standard.
