Not a good experience, not a 4 star, not a resort!! Staff is humble and polite, but new and most of the things are not taken care, Swimming pool is a show piece, all 4 days of our stay, it was not cleaned, play zone is a small room, has snooker, you can get it in between the time after the staff meeting on snooker table is done, Room are OK, access to this hotel is not very good, Hotel is near light house and can be treated as 3 star hotel with lots of Scope of improvements!!
I had a comfortable stay at Lemon Tree Somnath. The hotel offers good amenities, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The restaurant was impressive, with a variety of options available for both breakfast and dinner, catering to different tastes. The staff was courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, the only downside was some construction activity taking place late at night around 11 PM, which disturbed our sleep. Fortunately, the issue was resolved promptly after we called the front desk. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend it for a visit to Somnath.
Very reasonable hotel with great service. I want to call out my experience my young baby woke up in middle of night hungry and in house dining was also closed along with other food delivery app. The hotel made an exception , want to thank you for putting customer above the rules
Restaurant team was good and humble. Rest all is not ok. They mentioned about shuttle but after reaching the hotel we get to know it will go only at 0530 and if minimum 7 people will arrive. Temple is very far and the surroundings is not pleasant. It's built only for marriages. Did the booking and paid advance but reception team has no idea about the booking. We have to show them the receipt to tell them we have a booking.
Certainly! Here's a more detailed and well-structured review: I had high expectations when booking this hotel, considering it's part of the Lemon Tree chain, but my experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment I stepped into the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor that made it clear cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. Despite requesting a fresh room or at least proper ventilation, the staff was unresponsive and did little to address the issue. The room service was equally frustrating--slow, unprofessional, and seemingly indifferent to guest concerns. Basic requests took forever to be fulfilled, and even then, the service was subpar. To make matters worse, the breakfast spread was extremely limited, lacking variety, freshness, and quality. For a hotel of this brand, I expected at least a decent selection, but the options were disappointing, and the overall dining experience felt like an afterthought. Being stuck here for two nights made the experience even more frustrating. If you're considering booking this hotel just because of the Lemon Tree name, think twice. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and underwhelming food options make it a regrettable choice. Definitely not worth the stay.
On one side of the hotel, most of the rooms have a garden & sea view while the other side rooms have either a building or a wall view. Furniture and interior in some of the rooms are bad and need improvement. Better ventilation is needed in the passage. The rooms are large, and upper floor rooms have balconies. The cleanliness was improved after we pointed out a couple of gaps in cleanliness. Service levels are the best at the reception, restaurant, and room services. Napkins were not available on the first day, but later, these were available. We wanted a wheelchair but it was broken and was sent for repairs after we pointed it out.
I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Somnath, and I must say, my experience was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was shocking. The room had visible stains, and the bathroom was in even worse condition--there were stains all over it. As soon as I entered the room, an unpleasant odor hit me, and it was hard to ignore. I requested fresh towels, as the ones in the room were stained, but the new towels were just as bad. To make matters worse, there was hair in the room, and when I dropped the towel, it was covered in dust. The sheets had stains as well, which was incredibly off-putting. I was thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience.
