Disappointing Stay - Poor Service & Uncooperative Staff I stayed at this resort for a day, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the staff's uncooperative attitude. I accidentally left my charger behind and requested assistance from both the receptionist and other staff members, but no one was willing to help. Another frustrating experience was the early checkout pressure. Even though the official checkout time was confirmed as 12:00 PM, I started receiving calls from 11:15 AM asking when I would be leaving, which felt extremely unprofessional. Food quality was just average, but the prices were quite high. The location is in an outer area, so if you don't have a car, finding transportation is a challenge. They don't even have any travel contacts to assist guests, which makes things even more difficult. Overall, a very poor experience. I wouldn't recommend this resort, especially if you expect good service and hospitality.

Some toilet flush is not working properly. Paper napkins in toilet are not provided.

Good place for spending a full day outing with corporate colleagues , friends, and family, including indoor and outdoor activities, Overall, it was a good experience.

Cheating Cheating Indoor activity - Rooms bad smells Music Room and Theater out of order but charges remain same. Food quality not good Medical help - No pain spray available and print on advertisement we provide Medical assistance. Don't visit even one day picnic.

Very poor They provide lunch food made in morning same in dinner ,they even don't think about small children Cameras are not working On Reception you never get proper answer They don't provide luggage service after 4 to 5 calls also Their is every time chance of theft Our money lost',goggles lost No management Never prefer this resort for your vacations

Had extremely worst experience during our stay at the property. Reception staff (Mr Rahul Singh and Mr Nazzimul) were rude and had no manners to communicate with the hotel guest. Had experienced poor service and gesture from the hotel staff. Not worth spending money. Will never recommend to anyone who

MANAGER (KUNJAN BHAI ) NOT PROVIDES SATISFACTORY SOLUTION FOR GUEST QUERY 5. CHARGES ARE NOT AT PAR WITH SERVICES PROVIDED. 6. TORN POOL TABLE 8. MANAGER KEEP EYE AND INSTRUCT STAFF TO TAKE AWAY ALL THE INDOOR GAMES FROM THE ROOM 7. AIR-CONDITIONED NOT WORKING IN POOL & TT AREA 8. INSUFFICIENT SEATING CAPACITY FOR REST DURING AFTERNOON TIME 10. YOU CAN FIND SNAKE & MONITOR LIZARDS ROAMING ON BOATS AND IN GARDEN 11. NO SAFTEY EQUIPMENTS ON POOL AREA, NO WARNING FOR DEPTH MORE THAN 5 FEET, STAFF ARE NOT TRAINED TO RESCUE ANY GUEST IN CASE OF MISHAPS.
