Driver stay not available. Service staff is responsive. Food is good but less quantity. Rooms are bit small. Nice and relaxing resort. Many extra charges on nitty gitty where other resorts these would be included, e.g. dance floor, extra mattress.

Had a wonderful experience at Woods Club House! The ambiance, service, and facilities were top-notch. Special thanks to Alina for her exceptional hospitality--she went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The star for Mangalyam meadows is Alina Shah . Her expertise and experience makes a huge difference to the organisation . She goes out of the way to ensure customer experience from all others working there . A professional with high levels of expertise. Highly recommend!

We had booked 10-12 rooms for two nights as we were in Valsad for a wedding. While the property itself is quite aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are decently comfortable for two people, they are not ideal for triple occupancy--it felt cramped and stuffy with an extra person. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the staff and the lack of proper maintenance. The air conditioning in several rooms was either not functioning properly or not effective, and the washrooms were not well maintained, which was quite inconvenient for our guests. One of the most unpleasant aspects was the attitude of the staff during check-in. They were unnecessarily rude to our guests and insisted on collecting the remaining payment before allowing them to check in. This created an uncomfortable situation, especially since this should have been addressed directly with the main point of contact rather than involving guests who were unaware of the payment details. In summary, while the property itself has good potential and a visually appealing ambiance, the staff's unprofessionalism and lack of basic maintenance severely impacted our experience. There is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of hospitality and guest handling.

It was the best experience with family. Awesome ambience, very well trained staff. They were so polite and hospitality was too good. Service was excellent. Dining was fabulous. Discotheq was superb. Overall the experience was too good and worth spending for staycation.

I had the best night ever at this hotel, and it was all thanks to the incredible hospitality of Surabh Mangela! Coming all the way from the UK, I was looking for a place that felt like home, and this hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were absolutely wonderful, but Surabh went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for my stay. From the moment I arrived, Surabh's attention to detail and warm approach made me feel like a VIP guest. No request was too big or too small, and he truly made my experience unforgettable. If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would! I can't wait to return and be hosted by Surabh Mangela again.
