Great experience in mangalyam meadows A lovely property, set in a beautiful location. The setting is very relaxing. All the hotel rooms and villas superb staff are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant food is delicious. We found our bed to be very comfortable and our rooms were very spacious neat and clean, with everything we needed. We would happily visit again. Sushma sahu very polite, nice and supportive so friendly heartfully enjoyed a lot.

Maintenance was a big MISS in this property like Gym equipments, Music system Speakers, etc. which ideally should always be in working condition as the members are paying for these amenities while looking out for a stay here. Cycles are not at all maintained which resulted in lack of availability of cycles for our use. No clarity of information on chargeability of Pool game provided while booking as well as post booking which every Hotel n resort provides for FREE. Atleast guests taking an overnight stay should be allowed for free as part of their amenities. Sauna bath should be allowed complimentary for 20 mins ppst usage of swimming pool as it becomes an added experience with no much cost to management like other hotels which provides for free. Swimming pool is big enough to swim and chill. Food was well cooked and fresh. Great taste and flavourful so no complaints here. Restaurant staff was very cooperative. Spa team was cooperative and accomodative.

The worst service and Hospitality they are not even 1% considerate about their customers.. i wanted some customisation to get done but they were so rigid the staff will only do the decor.. i told them i don't like it and I want something else to be done still they did not agree even in last i said i will be doing it but still they wanted the money so they just started being rigid and talking rudely Would never recommend

It was pathetic!!!! The hospitality was terrible we had a two days stay and first day only they said our room acs are not working so we asked to be shifted to other villa and they gave us that villa way past our checkin time..about 5 hrs late ...and we told them they gave us room so late so we will check out also late ..but on the checkout day they cut off all the electricity early in the morning at about 9am and our whole day was spoiled without electricity it was a terrible stay and though the resort is new and villas are good but the service is too bad There is a guy hamjad khan who is very ill spoken ..we told them if this is what the resor offers us in service we doubt we can give any good reviews to which he said yes u can give half star we don't care .....he was very rude and ill mannered ...

Overall, I would definitely recommend this Club hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area
