If you are looking for a place to get married in big fat way then this resort should be your choice. The vast space and people make it a go to place. The rooms are decent and the Divison of buildings make it a good resort that you can consider for your wedding or any functions.

The staff at the resort was extremely rude and uncooperative, showing a complete lack of professionalism and manners. While the hotel itself was decent, the behavior of the staff overshadowed the experience. Despite booking the entire resort for a 3-day wedding, their attitude remained unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

Mainly used for marriage purposes. It's a big resort with more than 100 rooms. The rooms should be upgraded a little bit but overall a good property.

Was there for a wedding recently. No room service, my room had blankets missing, asked them to provide the same, however they refused saying it's the responsibility of the event team who is organising the wedding. Never experienced such a pathetic service from a venue that charges lakhs for wedding. Their bathroom also had things broken, for instance the jet express was broken. Lock not working.

We were extremely disappointed with the event management by JBM Events. The execution did not match what was promised, and several major issues arose during our events: 1. **Gate Design:** The entrance gate was not made as per the reference photo. 2. **Haldi Decor:** The tent for the Haldi event was too small, leaving many of our guests outside. Additionally, the setup was not completed until 12:00 PM. 3. **Mayra Arrangements:** The tables for the Mayra event were not set up on time, and there was no coordination during the event. 4. **Help Desk Issues:** The help desk was unattended, and the assigned person was missing. 5. **Event Team Shortage:** Only two members from their team were present to manage the entire event, which was highly inadequate. 6. **Sangeet Decor:** The decoration for the Sangeet did not match what was originally shown. 7. **Varmala Setup:** - The Varmala ceremony was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but the decoration was not completed until 12:30 PM. - The actual setup was entirely different from what was promised, and the size of the decoration was much smaller. - The walkway leading to the Varmala stage was only half the expected size. - Overall, the Varmala decoration was poorly executed and disappointing. Throughout the event, there was little to no support from the event team, leading to unnecessary stress and mismanagement. Given this experience, we will never work with JBM Events again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Rooms are good, ambiance is good, food is also good but in terms of service as this resort provided space for weddings, they're not at all helpful in any manner, you'll have to relay on the one who invited you.
