Booked through OYO. Hotel management refused to give rooms on OYO booking. At midnight, it was not possible to search another hotel. I was compelled to pay double amount. The room was WORST. When complaint was placed, I was told that, I was expecting 5star facilities. I have a video of room condition & what's app chat with hotel management. OYO experience was worst & I will never recommend it.
