Champaner Heritage Resort

Champaner Heritage resort is a beautiful, heritage property located about 5 kms from Pavagadh. It is about an hour to hour and a half drive from Vadodara.|| ||The resort offers two types of cottages - ones near the Mango Orchards and the others near the lake. We stayed at the cottages near the lake. We visited the resort for a family get together and we had booked 12 cottages. The cottages are clean, well maintained, luxurious and have double beds, with a full length mirror, a desk and 2 chairs along with a television, air conditioning and a nice bathroom. Many of the old heritage resorts do not have large, clean bathrooms but this resort has them which is a big plus. Also the air conditioning was very effective.|| ||Overall, the resort has beautiful ambience, lots of greenery, great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. We celebrated my birthday over there and the staff also made arrangements to setup tables and chairs near the lake for the celebration. The resort is also closely located to Pavagadh and Jami Masjid - both of which are historical sites and must see if you have time to explore. The resort is spread over a large area, so there is enough space to go for walks, bike rides and even play some outdoor sport. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Great place. There are 3 types of tent's 1. Mango orchard tents 2. Lake view tent 3. Normal tents. There are plenty of mango trees and there are 2 swimming pools one on restaurant side and one on lake side, the lake is artificial and the depth of lake is 5-6ft and paddle boats and kayaking is available and cycling is also there.

Champaner Heritage Resort is an absolutely amazing place located by Pavagardh and just one hour drive from Vadodara. I can definitely say that for me, being a foreigner, it exceeded my expectations for the stay -- excellent hospitality from all the staff, tidy rooms and wonderful atmosphere of the resort itself. ||It was great to experience how Indian heritage site is blending into nature so elegantly. Old palace is surrounded by mango orchards and lake side -- bringing lots of activities with it from kayaking to cricket and other outdoor games.||Great food quality and a variety of dishes, staff also considered non-spicy options for my taste.||Special thanks to Mr Rakesh and Ms Jyonita!||Must visit and highly recommended place for family weekend outing

I had booked Royal Lake View tent and it was really good. We had a dinner near the lake and also played fun games before eating our dinner. As I was came with my husband only but I would like to say that you can also go there with your family so it would be fun. For kids it is a great place where they can do cycling, swimming, kayaking and fun activities. If I talk about food , it was average. They can improve their food. One other thing is that they have Jain option was also available. Services were also good and staff are also nice. Over all I would like to say that just go and visit once. It was a nice experience and nice weekend over there.

We have attended this resort to attend the marriage function and loved everything there. the location, natural beauty, peaceful property and very good food. this place is a ideal choice for staying on weekend and a perfect place to organize destination weeding.

Excellent & Royal wedding destion, one of the best wedding destion resort in Gujarat. They have multiple spots for all wedding events in 45 Acer land. They have 84 Royal tent and suite rooms. The service and hospitality is world class rate 5 out of 5. The staff are very polite and friendly nature. Specialy thanks to Varunbhai and Rameshbhai for their unconditional support for our unforgettable wedding event.

Highly appreciated the services and attitude of each person was loving, caring and respectful. Voice of birds & animals of Rameshbhai was amazing .
