Top3 Lords Resort Bhavnagar

One of the worst booking experiences in recent times that I had. Rooms were pathetic and not at all for the price I paid. I made a small request for floral decoration at the room since I was checking-in at my wedding anniversary. To my surprise when I checked-in, the receptionist was clueless and demanding for extra money. Although it was self understood regarding the payment but foolishly asking it again and again clearly questions on the intension of Hotel staff. The Deluxe room for 5k which I booked, I saw pale yellow water in the bathrooms. Wooden flooring had gaps which hurt my infant. The fridge provided in the room had black fungus and there was no cooling even after one day of stay at the room. I would never visit such a pathetic property. I wish no customer experiences such situation and there would be some I improvement the customer handling in future.

It is been great place with best amenities. Staff is co operative and breakfast is best in class. Hygiene is most important aspect of the property. Kids play area is good, swimming pool is well maintained. Also, located at nature surrounding.

Excellent ambience services are right from the. Reception to check out time - dining. Was good and good spotless given with nice taste - staffs are nice and Mr Vipul ji GM was very kind for the guests

Good cottage. Outer atmosphere is good and natural. Big lawn and garden. Break fast is good. Staff and room service is good. Advisable to visit. |Thank you. Anjali's behavior is humble and good as a staff. We will Happy to visit once again top 3 lords resort.

My stay here was wonderful. The staff are all very accommodating food is good the rooms were spacious clean and well equipped offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere thanks to Anjali

Rooms are ok, view is great as outside is swimming pool. But light fixtures are less inside room. Non vegetarian to avoid this place
