We recently stayed there. Location wise it is best Property is nice and clean Amenities - cricket ground, volleyball and basketball ground, cycling, indoor games, gym ect. The swimming pool is small and shallow , they barely maintain the cleanliness of the water. Kid's friendly swimming pool. Room were good, nice and clean. Staff was helpful Only one thing which ruined our experience even after spending a enough amount was the Breakfast food. It was like a 1 star hotel.

We recently stayed at Shree Kashtbhanjandev Resort and Club, and the overall experience was a mix of good and areas that could be improved. Positives: The resort has a great ambiance with a peaceful environment, making it an ideal place for relaxation. Staff was helpful in some cases, such as promptly changing our room when we faced an issue. They provided a kitchen for preparing baby food, which is a big plus for families with young children. The property is spacious, offering plenty of areas to explore and unwind. Areas for Improvement: The fixed meal was extremely spicy, which might not suit everyone. Jain food was available, but it was just okay. Cleanliness needs improvement, as the bedsheets were not fresh, and the first room had a strong washroom odor. The second room did not have a bathroom exhaust. A loud karaoke program at night made it difficult for kids and families to sleep. When we requested lower volume, the reception staff was not cooperative. The booking invoice was not provided after checkout, which can be inconvenient for those needing it. Room phones do not connect directly to the kitchen; guests have to call reception first, causing unnecessary delays. While the resort has potential, better management and attention to guest comfort would enhance the experience significantly. Ideal for those looking for a vibrant atmosphere, but not the best choice for travelers seeking peace and relaxation.

A newly opened, small-scale resort offers day-use stays with access to a swimming pool for relaxation. The resort previously listed amenities such as basketball, badminton, box cricket, cycling and a swimming pool; however, these facilities are not well-maintained and fall short of expectations. Additionally, the gym and game zone appear to be nominal offerings, with most gym equipment and gaming items found to be broken or non-functional. Spa zone not yet created. Live music is only at night for a few hours. The staff lacks proper training and the service is somewhat slow. Room service is available, and food can be ordered to the room; however, additional charges apply, which are included in the food price. Restaurant was quite good and not a lots of options. Transport by own vehicle. Public transport and autorickshaw is easily available on Saturdays as Sarangpur is busy on that day. Overall if you just want to go and chill poolside/ poolside view rooms then you can select the resort because prices are little lesser than other resorts.

The staff is highly untrained, each staff person will share different cost price for room booking. We had family room booked and no amenities was in well maintained condition. Turf had no cricket kit, no proper tennis rackets and not even football. Gym had all equipments broken. Only the good part was clean rooms thats it!

It was a pleasant surprise to see such good infrastructure at this resort. The rooms are new and can be termed as excellent. The property is spread and has a small gym and indoor games and an ideal place for kids also. There is a basic flaw in the Washroom (Brand New) - a design fault with only one drain towards the Toilet leading to flooding if you enter after someone has taken bath. There is no Wiper and we have requested them to provide so that other people do not face this problem.||The food is average, with complementary breakfast limited but at this place one cannot expect anything great. ||The resort is around 10 km before the temple - around 12-15 minutes drive. Overall a nice place to stay

The rooms were near and clean. Due to garden lot of mosquitoes. But overall it was good. Swimming pool needs little more cleanliness.breakfast was good.little far from sarangpur.

Extremely fine infra-structure, but less trained LOCAL staff. The infra-structure is more than expectation, really. But, the staff were knocking the door even when not called for. The extremity was that the staff did not know what is Do Not Disturb light. Another worst thing was that the milk powder pouches were expired before 3 months. In my December-2024 visit, the pouches were of Sept-2024 expiry. On complaint, we got very rude answers. They did not care even when warned for including this in our review. This lowered the impression of such a good property.

We have been to this place for 1 night. The resort on its own good, quiet and cozy, but I had a few issues with their service and behavior resulting in the 1star rating. Amenities: we didn't use swimming pool as water was cold but looked good and clean. Gym is not that great. Equipments were not in working condition and maintained/arranged properly . There is volleyball, badminton court and box cricket. Box net was not maintained and damaged. Food: We opted for the package 1299 / night/person. We didn't know that there was fixed food Gujarati for lunch and panjabi for dinner. Food quality and taste was just okay, nothing great or amazing. The rotis were raw and undercooked in several places. They served whole thali in one go and food got cold. Food delivery service was slow. They should improve the quality of food and service. Service: I think they should work on improving service specially at back office in reception. They should be friendly and polite with customers. We asked for campfire in evening, they agreed. In evening that prepared campfire, we were sitting there. Later we realized that it was not for us but instead it was for visitor guests who came from outside. We were told to leave because those guests were arrived and it was reserved for them. This particular information should have been communicated to us prior, when we had asked them arrange the campfire for us, instead they agreed and have us expectations and it led to us feeling humiliating and the way the staff asked us to leave was very rude.
