Viable Residency

The place is nice and room is comfortable. The manager and staff are very helpful. As the place is little away from the city, having self vehicle is great. Transport can be arranged for trips with the help of manager. Washroom had good supply of water and geyser but more is expected in toilet cleaning. Place has open restaurant and ground for arranging events. Overall it was a nice stay.

Good budget hotel. Option should only be consider if you have your own vehicle as it's located out of City. Rooms are clean & ok. Some rooms don't have TV. Considering cost it's good for transit stay. Its like home stay. Hotel have it's maintenance staff within campus so response is quick. Restaurant need to be manage well. Food is of Ok quality.

Extremely good place for the money they charge. One of the best budget hotels I have stayed in. Have been here twice on my way to Lakhpat in Kutch. The food at their restaurant is absolutely like home cooked food. The only thing I would really want them to improve upon is the bathrooms, they are not dirty per say but just need a good revamp in order to make them look good.

Home away from home. Stayed here for a while and came back again. Best place to stay at this budget. Staff and management is very supportive , with homely food for both punjabi and Gujarati cousins. This place is equipped with swimming pool and open air treater and free wifi access . Open restaurant which feels like a authentic dhabba like place(very impressive) . A must visit if you are looking for a getaway in Bhuj.

It's like a guest house. Of the two rooms in each block, one has a decent size washroom other has a very small and compact washroom. Swimming pool is opened, hence making it dirty with webs at the corner. Room service is good. They light a small bonfire on cold winter nights. Decently prized.

It is not a good place for tourist stay. Out side view is beautiful but inside the rooms linens are not clean. Bathroom is very bad. Sometimes no water is avaible even you may need to use your bottled or drinking water after toilet. Electric plug points are not working. A small wash basin is available that is also outside the room. And many more to say .......

Pros 1. Good location 2. Good food Cons 1. Thy also supply labour /manpower to company in Bhuj and thy stay around the hotel and use the facilities too. 2. Rooms are not clean. 3. Thy try to wiggle their way out if u complaint. U need to throw a tantrum to get things moving in ur favour. 4. Thy need to organise drop n pick up vehicle till the main road. The distance is not the problem but the road is in bad shape n becomes difficult to walk up n down. Thy r trying to upgrade and are making changes to make things better. Hopefully thy will employ professionals to handle the project. The property has very good prospects and can be converted to 4 star resort. All the best.

Viable residency is average 1* star hotel located 13km away from Bhuj City. Offering affordable stay with less amenities. This is good Property for family travellers with the group of 5-10. Staff is very Co operative and humble. Food Quality is average. They are accepting only cash (No Electronic payment transfer facility available) make sure you bring cash along with you. This Property located on highway ATM facility not easly accessable.
