The grand hotel

Located in the city of Bhuj, near Smritivan, this hotel offers easy accessibility for visitors. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a TV, fridge, and air conditioning. The king-sized beds are complemented by plush, comfortable cushions, ensuring a restful stay. The bathrooms are generously sized and feature both hot and cold water facilities. The staff is courteous and attentive, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient parking facilities for guests.

The accommodations were satisfactory; however, the service left much to be desired. Fresh water bottles were not provided daily, and guests were charged for two liters of water each day. I would not rate this hotel even a single star, and if a zero rating were an option, I would choose that. My experience has been very disappointing.

Spacious room, neat and clean. This is newly opened so set up to be completed. The breakfast buffet was limited but good. We reached the hotel very late and they accommodated us.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and I have to say, the hospitality was absolutely amazing! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the service was top-notch. I want to give a special mention to Raju Bhai for his exceptional behavior and outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotel!

Worst experience. The hotel manager is extremely rude. This is first of its kind hotel where they do not even allow you to eat inside the room. They don't change bed sheets daily, dont replace soaps and shampoos even after being told. Urge all to boycott this hotel

Room Service is so pathetic, No food options, Hygiene issues, Lesser staff, you have to carry your luggage by self, & if you have done the full payment so you will get the surprise in the behaviour of the employee. You will get empty front desk & very unprofessional response by them.

We stay for 4 to 5 days..breskfast very less varieties.location good.parking space only 4 car.Mr jaybhai,karan,badal is good.they have no trained person for kitchen.but thepla is superb.so they needed to improve the breakfast lunch dinner..
