I stayed there for 2 nights with my family. The rooms are large, service is really good by the staffs. They are very helpful. But the issue is with the cleanliness and the food. They do not have their own dining hall, food comes from another of their property which is just within 500 meteres. Food quality is not good. Too much oily. Also rooms were not very clean and dusts are visible within the rooms. Once you are done with your food, you need to keep it outside and the dirty plates with the leftovers are not cleaned by the hotel staffs on time. Else other things are good. It was a nice , peaceful, calm, hassle-free and pleasant stay

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are pretty nice. However, for the price they charged us the service should have been so much better. The room service was late in bringing anything we asked for like they forgot we have asked for something. Also the amenities like wifi and tv were not working and when asked to come and check, no one showed up.

Location in the middle of the town. Rooms right on the busy road made a good sleep difficult. Tap in the bath R/107 was broken. No hot water. I was told that they would allow me to take shower in another room when one is checked out in the morning. My intercom is not working. No glass to drink water. Water cooler was quite dirty. Water Bottles that were given in room were refilled ones, used. Quilt cover was not clean. Food they serve is from outside. Morning tea would not be available before 7.15. All these after paying a hefty 2700! Strictly avoid. Not at all recommended.

We had a mixed experience at hotel - Linens were moderately clean, but staff promptly replaced them upon request. - The receptionist was exceptionally kind, helpful, and knowledgeable: - Provided valuable insights on places to visit. - Offered guidance on navigating challenges in Kutch. - Arranged a vehicle for our Kutch trip (3360 for 300 km). - Staff and reception staff exhibited good behavior, making our stay more comfortable.

The hotel is value for money. It's in market area with all necessary shops & medicle nearby. Rooms are clean and hygienic. I stayed here for one night.Service is good and food was very tasty. Hotel owner Raju Bhai is very cooperative and arranged vehicle for is. Overall stay was very pleasant and worth next visit.

Rooms were made available on short notice and immediate basis, despite being peak holiday season and mostly all hotels and resorts were booked during the days. So grateful for that. Also, it was nearby to the places where we wanted to visit.

Amazing place to stay when in Bhuj. Good affordable rates for a city centre hotel. The services were extremely good. They provided all the basic amenities like towels and soaps, basic drinking water and everything. The check in process was also very comfortable and so was the check out process. The people are also very friendly and helpful whenever you need something. They also have a tied up restaurant which can serve you in your rooms and the food is also very nice at a good cost. The corridors and everything are also well decorated with nice pictures. I really loved one of them.
