The hotel was great, we had a wonderful experience with service as well as the ambience. We ordered breakfast which was good. I suggest traveling there with friends or newly married couples. Also if you're travelling in peak season I will suggest booking your rooms at least two weeks before due to a heavy rush on time...

The location of the Stay is so convenient for travelling places around city and the rooms, staff and food were excellent. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a convenient and safe stay. Overall we had a pleasant and great experience at this stay. Thank you so much.

I stayed here with my parents from Jan 21 for 5 nights and checked out on Jan 26... the location is great...the rooms are clean and spacious. the staff are excellent ...very polite and very cooperative... would recommend this place 100%...

The hotel experience was very decent. Liked the hospitality and service. Good for 1-2 night stay in budget friendly option. Very near to the scenic lake and the palace.

I booked a double deluxe room for 4 adults. But they always have this tendency to give small room then change to big room. No restaurant. Rooms are neat, best suited for business travelers. Friendly staff.

The only positive thing about this property is that its near to bus stand Apart from that its not worth spending 100 rupees They shown me 2 rooms and both were very dirty. All linens were stained and dirty. It was not possible to walk bare foot as floor was moped centuries ago Bathroom was constantly stinking. It was not having basic facility like soap dish, cloth rack etc. Mattresses were dirty. They dont have double bed. They just combine two twin beds with theo single mattress and it will always have a gap in between which makes sleeping very uncomfortable. They promised few options in breakfast while booking but ended up giving only poha that too with sugar syrup like tea and after making me wait for 30 mins In short its purely an oyo thing... Use for 1 or 2 hour and go else where.

Friendly staff, very good room with all you need. Very close to the lake and the center by walk. The staff can help you for everything you need and there's also free filtered drinking water.

Good neat rooms, car parking facility, service is timely and polite and responsive staffs. Things to improve: Can include brush and paste in the toiletries. Also can give thicker kult since it was very cold during December.
