Terrible Experience - Would Never Recommend! I had the worst experience staying at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to stay away. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional right from the moment I checked in. They acted like they were doing me a favor just by answering basic questions or making eye contact. The room was in a disgusting condition. The washroom was not cleaned at all -- it smelled awful, the toilet was filthy, and the sink was totally blocked. They didn't even provide basic essentials like towels or toiletries. When I asked for a towel, the staff gave me a blank stare and simply said, "We don't have any left." How can a hotel run out of towels? The overall hygiene and maintenance of the hotel were beyond poor -- dirty hallways, stained sheets, and a constant foul smell in the air. It's clear they don't care about cleanliness or guest comfort. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I regret booking here and will make sure none of my friends or family ever make the same mistake.

Worst hotel of my experience. They sub rent it to hourly couples for illicit relations while you are away during the day, leaving used condoms on your toilet. Use the toilet and leave it unflushed. Take you car away while using the duplicate key from your room while you go out with a group in another vehicle. Note suited for families or decent groups.

I had booking with SPOT ON 38154 Shakti Hostel & Hotel. I had booking for 2 days. When I arrived at the hotel the manager informed me that the hotel was completely full and the hotel doesn't work with booking.com (where I made my booking) because once they didn't pay them money. I showed the manager reviews of other foreigners but he insisted that they don't work with booking.com and didn't send me any confirmation of the booking. ||In fact the hotel had a free room but only for 1 night because the next day they were waiting for an important guest and that room couldn't be offered to me. ||That is the first time in my travelling practise that the hotel refused me in a room and lied because of the absence of the room! When the manager of the hotel needs a room for his own interests he can easily forget about his ever cooperation with booking.com ||And what's more the next day I got a message from booking.com asking me why I didn't appear at the hotel! They informed booking.com that I didn't appear! ||As a result I had to sleep in my car.||A horrible attitude and fraud staff that can easily let you sleep outside because of more important guests!

Wish i can report this hotel to some authority or hotel association. Worst experience and wont even call this a hotel. Booked the rooms and received confirmation 4 days ago, arrived at the property to find out rates have increased. Person at the reception advised to contact booking app as he cant do anything. Best part is he is the cousin brother who is just filling in for his brother due to he went for a haircut. Called him and advised nothing can be done and it works this way. Found out from few students near by that its a hostel and they converted to hotel where students still live there. Also been advised that owner is a known personality in town and they have lot of hotels in gujarat. Don't go by the ratings as it doesn't not reflect the true picture.

Worst hotel till date. Staff is rude and doesn't want you there. No hospitality and big cheaters. I had booked 2 rooms and they gave me only one room with no refund stating they are giving a higher room.

Hostel hotel whatever you called is ok. They have not accepted the booking from oyo. We are in trouble when we book from oyo and suddenly when we went their for stay they said we have not accepted booking. No option with us so wanted to book room their itself with high amount. room is okay and not provided hot water to drink in cold days. Washrooms are not cleaned that much. But if you want to stay for just to sleep and freah n up in a budget then it is worth it. Do not expect much from them
