Was very beautiful and fun and relaxing, private as a property. Better if you have transport sorted out on your own. Rooms were dusty, bathrooms not well maintained. Bathrooms have an ants problem. Caretaker is very good and food was arranged promptly

Fantastic place, must visit. Also, Suresh bhai has been very friendly supporting person and a great cook. Enjoyed the stay a lot

We booked this place during the peak season of December during our Gujarat trip. If you're reading this, you might be wondering what to expect. Should I book this for my upcoming trip? Is this overpriced? So, let me help you with all you need to know. Before I share my experience, please find attached the photos I took during my two-day stay. We booked this property for around 5,500 a day since no other good options were available during peak season rush and last-minute booking. Overall Experience: I'd rate my overall experience as poor/below expectations due to a lack of basic amenities, pathetic service, and wrong location. I will NOT recommend anyone to stay here unless A) This is your last and only option, and it's super urgent. B) You're paying less than 1,000 a day. Rooms and Amenities - This property has only two rooms for guests. Even though the rooms look decent, they lack basic amenities such as toiletries, water bottles, clean sheets and blankets, working ports, crockery & almirahs. The room lacked essential maintenance and hardly justified the high price charged for the stay. Stay and Service - This is the part that was the most disappointing. The caretaker (Suresh) was not helpful - he did not assist and was just there to check in and check out the guest from your room. There are no options to eat nearby, and your best bet is to order something or go to a nearby market (which is not near). The "no-service" part made the stay a horrible experience. Location - The farmhouse is situated on the deserted outskirts of the town, which is a village with no shops or markets nearby. The place does not feel "safe" for a family stay due to its isolated location with almost zero security. What to expect - If you book a stay here, expect an overpriced not so well maintained room to sleep in for the night. This review is based on my personal experience, and to reiterate, I've attached images to support the points I've shared. I hope this helps!

Please do not visit, Very poor management, false info given on the site, there's no flat screen, No tea maker, no wifi, no toiletries, no tissue paper in d room, swimming pool was so dirty There's no back up generator to power the place if no electricity, twice there was a power cut for hours. you hav to ask for each n everything like basic creamer, soap, shampoo, towels, when we ask the care taker SURESH he'll pretend as if he has no instruction then i had to call d guy who booked d place then we got soap n shampoo. Towel and bed linen r replaced evry 2 day is what he said s instrution from d owner, it wz a nightmare staying der in this heat, when asked for milk for the tea which by the way is suppose to b in d package (as thers no tea maker) he 1st wll say no den wll get it n wll behave as if doin a favour. GUYS PLS DON'T WASTE UR MONEY even if its for a last minute booking. If the rating had minus stars i wud hav given dat

If you really can't find any option for stay in Bhuj, your last choice should be Rajwade.....First thing it is situated in a deserted outskits and approaching road is in bad shape.....There is no farm house board at the gate so in dark we were struggled for.15 minutes......We called care takes called Suresh and finally we landed there .....Inside the property it was completely dark and there are only two.rooms for guest, another family. who was staying there were gone out.....Room.was.round in shape.and poorly.maintained .....Door latches was.not working, there was no soap in bathroom, only mirror in bathroom was dead, shower workes at his own wish, only two towels were offered and both were stinking, there was no fresh bedsheets available, ......When we asked.about food availability caretaker bluntly said since you are late so can't do much and keep in mind that it was only 8.45 PM......Without offering water and other basic Courtesy, care taker was asking for balance 50% payment on arrival.......I think they have made this rule, as.people.may run away after having this worst experience......In breakfast you will get only poha and tea........What we got in Rs 6000 per night is zero service, Stinky rooms, no basic facilities in room like tea and hot water and no.soaps.in bathroom.....They have charged Rs 500 per.night for.my driver to sleep.in drawing hall......It was completely loot for a.poor maintained and zero.service ......My suggestion is to avoid the property if you can.......

It's been an amazing experience with family. Staff was very humble and kind. Real kutch experience we ever had in our trip. Everyone must visit and recommend for an amazing experience. Tushar Patel & Family

Wonderful stay inside beautiful house and private farm house near bhuj - kutch, it was really wonderful experience to stay in open to sky. watch movie in wonderful home theater and also nice experience in swimming pool as well.

They bait and switch as they only show good pictures of a ideal room that they never rent and only rent dirty rooms
