Hotel Tulsi Residency

A very unhygienic and disgusting place! Toilet bowl had horrible stains from previous use, wash basin was clogged and most of the surfaces were dusty (not cleaned for ages). We had to put up with illegal truck horns all through the night. The room has zero sound proofing. We had rotis for dinner which were delivered in 15 minutes promptly burnt and bitter to taste! Inmates need to eat inside the room though dining hall is available. Government guest houses are far better at one-third the price. The only face saver was the nice person at the reception when we checked in.

The rooms are okay. The service and hospitality is actually -10. Worst managers and workers. Don't have any intention to work. You feel irritated and want to punch in the face after talking to them for just 5mins. Manager is completely clueless on what's happening in the premises. Don't have any leadership quality. And the workers follow him, no one knows how to speak and work. Went with my family and had a the worst experience.

I had been with my mother who has problem walking. Very good polite staff. The manager was very good behaved and polite. We wanted a hotel with a restaurant so we chose this. The foods was delicious. They agreed to make tava roti instead of tandoori even it was not possible due to some reason. We got a good discount also. The rooms and bathroom was neat. Room service is quick. Don't stay here if you are an NRI or not local. They seem to have different prices for locals. These guys are crooked, we were staying for night to pick up early flight. The guy at reception tried to book a taxi to go to the airport (7.5 km) for 900! Which we didn't book. Now in the morning there is nothing around, no taxi, no rickshaw. Stay away from this hotel if you don't have a car. The guy at reception wasn't helpful at all in the morning. Looks like the only mistake we made was not booking an over priced taxi, which probably the hotel was making more money than the taxi driver! The room was acceptable, but they have forgotten what customer service is. BTW we got a rickshaw for 200 to get to the airport!

This hotel is on highway. 4 km before bhuj city. Although all major buses stop here to drop and pickup. Rooms are good. They don't provide breakfast option including room terrif. Parking available. Overall a good option if you are traveling by your own vehicle.

The rooms were clean and nice, with a sunset view. right on the highway, it has a great sunrise view from the window. Ample parking space, friendly staff. The chai is not so great here, instead the chai wala just across the wall serves better chai. The hotel also has a restaurant.

Hat a stay here on a holiday.. Nice location.. Polite staff.. Enough parking place.. Lift available.. Room service available.. Food cost on a higher side..

It's preety far from the city centre but the rooms and food was nice. The staff were also cooperative hassle free checkin would recommend if you are getting it under 2500 per day
