Lovely clean and friendly. Stayed one night just walk in. Basic but for a good night sleep well worth it. Staff very helpful. Value for money. Good location. Must have it done up as everything looked sparkly and well lighted. Restaurant next to the hotel

Very good hotel and decent rates on the outskirts. Rooms are neat and clean, washrooms are good too. Their restaurant was not operative while I stayed there but they provide breakfast and tea or coffee if required. There is a moonlight restaurant close by its opens from 10-2 and then later at night from 7 pm. There are other hotels like tulsi residency, fern etc. nearby too. The hotel staff is very courteous too. They provide all kind of help if required like cab services.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a nightmare. There were so many problems that I regret booking this place. 1. No Restaurant Service - The hotel does not have a functioning restaurant. I had to go to another hotel just to have breakfast. 2. Intercom & Telecom Issues - The intercom/telecom system was completely non-functional. No way to call reception for help. 3. Broken & Improvised Furniture- - The mirror had scratches all over it. - There was no proper telephone stand--they were using a chair instead! - The bedside nightstand was missing on one side, and the bed itself seemed broken. - Bedside lights were unavailable, making the room inconvenient at night. - The entrance light was not working, leaving the room dark and unwelcoming. 4. Room in Poor Condition - The walls were peeling, especially near the bottom edges, giving the room a very shabby look. 5. No Basic Amenities - No napkins in the washroom. Overall, this was a horrible stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The management does not care about maintenance or guest comfort. Avoid at all costs!

Rooms are very small and not that much cleaner, Wifi is not working properly and complimentary breakfast was limited with only one item.
