Hotel Shiv Lake

Not good option to stay, as they the amount they are charging. Room and washroom condition is too poor. In the washroom window is broke i have book their 2 high category rooms dlx and suit in their washrooms is not good. And in this winter season the couldn't provide good temperature warm water to bath. And even paying this much amount for room no any water bottle is chargeable. Seems like any local class hotel. Bhuj is too small for one day travelling it's better to stay outside ( airport side ) visit and ho back to hotel.

It was Very Nice Place For Staying Here, For Who Coming From Out of States or Some anywhere, The Location of The Hotel was Amazing, Staff of This Hotel Was Very Good & All Rooms Are In Average Price Range

In this chilly winter, we stayed here for 2 nights deprived of hot water to take bath. We were told complete lies that we would get hot water in a few minutes by room service, admin and even owner. 4 times me and my parents had to take bath in chilled water. Hotel admin Vinu is shameless and owner also because they lied about it instead they could provide hot water bucket. Which they provided only once after repeatitive request. 2 star is for location only.

We were a group of 10 family members, reached really late at the property, as whole town was asleep. Our driver took to this hotel. After reading all the reviews were bit scared of checking in. But in reality the Hotel was nice bit compact but one cannot ask or compare the luxury of home. Hospitality wise staff was nice & welcoming, accomodated our requirements. Very clean, wet room were sharp & clean too. Thank you team Shiv Lake for having us there!

made a booking through MakeMyTrip reading all t&c and went there to check in and the receptionist denied and said that *locals* are not allowed as per as their t&c. and started asking reasons for my staying there as im a local also there is no mention of anything about "locals" on MakeMyTrip t&c page.

Very good staff in hotel shiv lake very helpfull and very sweet The rooms are very clean and hygienic I stay for 6 night in this hotel with family and I must recommend you to visit and stay in hotel shiv lake you will be feel safe and freely stay like a home
