We Book a room but the owner response is to worst in every problem The AC wasn't working, light was broken, rats were around the room, toilet seat was broken, the room was smelling of phenyl. We politely asked the owner to co-operate and give us another room or half refund but he didn't co-operate even a bit. He had to spend whole night without sleeping. Pleaseeee save your money!

We booked 3 rooms, They gave us 2 rooms in morning and showed us 3rd room with promise to give that. However, they changed the room in the night when we arrived. Gave us their worst room at 2500 which wasn't even worth 500 rs. The bathroom door had a big hole which they taped on our request, the sheets were extremely dirty. Very nice property. Excellent services. Rooms are very clean. During my recent business trip I found this hotel very good.

A very disappointing experience with their rooms being dirty, and sheets having things stuck to them, you wouldn't even want to touch them. In one of the rooms, there was also a giant hole in the washroom door which they then taped barely. The manager was unrelentingly disrespectful and non-cooperative. Don't waste your money, experience and time on this one.

This hotel is very near to Bhujodi and standing right on the highway, hence it has an added advantage. Only thing we didn't like was that there is no breakfast available in the hotel and no other joints available nearby. Only Lunch and dinner is available and no arrangements are even made for the breakfast. No complimentary water available in the room. Apart from this two experiences, the room was quite lavish and upto the mark. Cleanliness is well maintained everywhere. Maintained by good people and delicious food given. With the added two things mentioned above will make this place a preferable stay.

Out of 5 lights in the room, only 2were working... The room was damp... Cracks could be seen... In bathroom,the water was so salty,that it was un-suitable to wash face. The stairs that connect the hotels lobby with the reception is a iron stairs making a feel that you are entering a roadside motel,instead of a hotel for which you are paying around 1500INR.. Just waste of money.. and a very bad experience. The check-in time was at 12pm and we reached the hotel at 6pm,even then they failed to provide towels telling it's gone for laundry. Finally they provided us towels at 11pm.

Stayed in Hotel Royal palace in November 2021. For the room they offer, cost is very high as it is not maintained at all. It is a match box room with very unclean wall, broken lamp. The only positive thing is the cooperative nature of staff. Oyo should maintain sme cleanliness standard and also provide good uniform for the staff, they looked do shabby wth soiled dresses.

Horrible experience, disrespectful behaviour of the owner himself, no customer satisfaction intended at all, Rooms couldn't have been dirtier, There wasn't a single thing which was likeable.
