Hotel Orion

I paid 3000.00 for a night and it was definitely overpriced especially considering the kind of facilities. It is more like a motel. There is only one male service staff. There is no phone in the room for room service. Read your response Sir. But sorry you are not receptive to feedback from customers. There was no staff on the night we stayed. We experienced unsatisfactory service and I don't have to see what star rating other guests gave you. You sound like an overconfident owner who does not like the scope for improvement feedback from customers and there is not even a hint of apology nor the will to accept and change for the better. Anyway, hope your future guests will not get the bad service that we got. Best wishes.

Very dirty place full of insects and cockroaches. No service no food. And still very costly I payed 6500 for 1 night and it was completely worth less. I had no option rather than this dirty hotel but, if you have a car I will say you better stay in your car instead of this hotel. I will say you should go to this hotel only and only if you have no other options.

Very bad hotel, with no staff, worst amenities, worst behaviour. We quit hotel on very next day. No working remote, no tumbler, dusty cupboard, only one towel, no hot water n many more to say. They told us to check out but did not return 50% amount. Worst than even any dharamshala after paying good money. Non ac rooms are too small. Whe i demanded for a bill ,they wrote comment in bill shown in pic. Moreover they took an hour to give us the bill.

One of the best hotel in the area. Very clean room. Rooms are luxurious for a very cheap rate. Staff were friendly and helped us in every way. Hotel managed a driver for our family. Owner was present who guided us through our stay in Kutch. We were lucky to find such hotel for reasonable price. Definitely check in here.

I visited the place in Winters when it is quite chilly especially in the desert region of Bhuj. I would recommend the place as it is a little distant from the main city approx 5km and is quite and cosy. The services are not that great as it is a less budget one. Rooms are nice and the hospitality is a little improve able.

Excellent service, beautiful rooms,fair prise well maintained Hotel,friendly staff,I would recommend any buddy to go to Hotel Orion Kutch and enjoy.I will always come back. It was truly a great experience.

the hotel is very nice. the staff is also nice and cooperative. the room interior is also very good. location of the hotel is aesthetic and good. the rates are reasonable too. there are good facilities in the rooms.

This hotel is a best hotels ever room was a professional bed and AC was Amazing also hotel staff is good I'll come in next year ofcurse please visit the this hotel at sukhpar was Amazing hotel ever go and try something new
