Hotel NK

I recently stayed in one of your rooms and had a few concerns. The room was extremely compact, making it difficult for even a single person to move around comfortably. Additionally, the roadside window lacked soundproofing, resulting in excessive noise disturbance at night. Unfortunately, this made it challenging for me to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I was charged for breakfast, but the options were limited to only tea and poha, which was not satisfactory. I hope you'll consider addressing these issues to enhance the overall guest experience.

Hotel is at best location, good food options nearby, but hotel management is not very good. I booked a non AC room online for two nights but when I reached there the hotel manager asked me to check that room. I checked the room the room was very small it didn't even have a window and the toilet and bathroom didn't come usual, all these informations were not shown in the online booking, this is called a scam. There is no option to cancel the booking. I updated the room. Paid 1500 more and got AC room with attached bathroom, toilet and window, However, the room was small and the TV setup box stand hit me while walking.

The hotel had some serious maintenance issues. The bathroom was in bad condition. The broken window made the room uncomfortable due to winter, drafts and noise from outside. The rest of the hotel was acceptable, but these issues significantly impacted my stay."

This hotel is very clean. Very good management. The water is very hot. The TV gets many channels good Wi-Fi. I fully recommend it.

Amazing service with reasonable price. Locality was also good. Service and food both were good. Instead of going into expensive hotel, I suggest go here as service and all are similar. Must visit
