Hotel Navkar Residency

The hotel has put misleading pics in Google. In reality the hotel has really bad rooms with no windows or any facilities. It's a bad place for claustrophobic people. It's strange how the hotel has managed to get so many positive reviews/ratings. It seems these reviews are also fake. The rooms are not worth the prices. The hotel owner was arrogant saying that he is not responsible for images put up on Google and he doesn't care about negative reviews or less ratings. We had done booking via Make my trip. We missed tallying the Google pics with MMT pics. We paid a heavy penalty for this mistake. MMT should ban such fraudulent hotels. You can see the actual pics and Google pics attached to see the stark difference. DON'T book rooms in this hotel. I wish I could put negative rating.

Poor Check-in Experience - *Misleading Room Pricing*: Quoted 1,800 initially, but later demanded 2,800 for the same room. - *Unreliable Staff*: Receptionist Kanthi failed to honor the agreed-upon price and behaved rudely. - *Unprofessional Behavior*: Demanded additional payment after initially agreeing to the lower price. - *Lack of Transparency*: Failed to provide GST number despite claiming to have GST registration. - *Insecure and Fraudulent Experience*: The behavior of the staff, particularly Kanthi, made the guests feel insecure and suspicious of potential fraud. Misleading Hotel Representation - The hotel's online images did not match the actual location. - When asked for images, the hotel staff instructed us to search on Google, which was unhelpful. - This discrepancy led to unrealistic expectations and disappointment upon arrival. Recommendation: Avoid this hotel due to its unprofessional staff and potentially fraudulent practices. Consider alternative options like Hotel Prince or Hotel Park View.

Clean rooms, very kind and friendly staff, especially the hotel manager. You can't have a bad experience if you decide to stay in this hotel. Right next to the local market, and walking distance from the major landmarks of Bhuj. Highly recommended.

Pro: Staff was helpful. 32" TV and working AC. Cons: - It is on the main road, lot of dust. - Hotel is from 1st floor onwards. No lift from ground floor. Who are travelling with elderly pls keep it in mind. - No parking arrangements. You have to look out for the space on the busy road by yourself. - Deluxe room is too small.

Good place to dinner along with family. Parking is available Infront of the resort. Starters were tasting good but main course was okay. Washroom facility is available and they are well maintained. It is just located on road which is easily visible in normal traffic. They also arrange for dinner for group of people as per request. In winter they also provide heating arrangement to keep you warm during open air dinner.

What a wonderful place to stay. Great rooms and beautifully decorated with mirrors and colour. Large comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with all you need. The surroundings are very peaceful and quiet and you are a little way out of Bhuj itself. We enjoyed our meals there and met some great people. Staff very helpful and organising a morning wake up chai was no problem. The pool could have done with a clean but as we weren't going to use it anyway it wasn't an issue. Highly recommended.

Location was not good, no parking area. You have to climb the stairs for one flor, life started from 1st flor like hotel start from 1st flor as groundflor. If any members have problems with climbing stairs, this hotel is not for you. No restaurant or kitchen in hotel, So you have to order food from outside. Service was ok. Rooms was ok so you have to Charges for room was high compare to others. Your voice go outside and you can listen beside rooms sound and talks. So not much good for couples too.

Amazing experience... We we're 5 people staying at Nishansh homestay for 2 nights. These people reflect the real culture of Kutch. The room decor and warmth with which we we're welcomed by the owner was hearth whelming. The amenities and cleaniness of the rooms get 5 star along with the friendliness of the staff. Owner guided us for local siteseeing and shopping and overall it was a fantastic experience staying with them.
