Hotel Bhuj View

This hotel was pathetic their service where too low in service industry, there were no towel and when I asked for towel, they were, it's coming. It's coming. Keep saying this thing and in the morning early when I ask for toilet again, they were, it's not delivered by the laundry, and they don't have any back up And one of the person named Goswami. He was too rude for returning the amount even for when I asked for extra thousand, which they charge me on the day of checking, he was like he will refund only 200 that is the cost for not taking bath. Never go for this unprofessional management which created unhealthy and unhygienic conditions for me n my family's

Worst hotel in terms of service. They do not provide hot water for taking bath. We had to take bath with cold water in the winter season for 2 days. When called to reception, they talked very rudely. Even blanket provided in the room was of poor quality.

Bhuj is near to Smritivan Earthquake Memorial and Museum. Clean room with clean bathroom. The staff of the hotel is very good and gives information about places to visit
