My experience was really bad. The bedsheets and blankets were unwashed and smelly. Staff were impolite and they did not even provide linens for the extra bedding(they charged for it). When we asked them to provide so, they said we can take our money back and leave the hotel.

My allover experience is bad Hotel staff Behaviour is Very Rude Room and washroom not Clean Daily Even Badsheet is not Change Food was also served outside in the lawn and people were forbidden to sit by placing chairs outside in the lawn.
Heritage INN, Nice & Newly launched hotel. Excellent rooms clean & hygienic. Staff so supportive & helpful.
I stayed here for the night. Room is spacious. I was the only guest as this is a new hotel
