This hotel is great. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean linen, pillows, and blankets. Plenty of storage space on shelves, in the cupboard, on hooks, and on the two desks in the room. Bathroom is large, hot water in the shower works well. Air conditioning is great! There is parking space outside the hotel out front.

Small room. Seems like an old hotel. Bed and linen were not clean. No restaurant. 24 hour hot water supply. No private parking, one has to park on the roadside in front of the hotel.

I had booked 2 rooms in this Hotel for 2 nights as my accommodation in Bhuj while on a road trip to Great Rann of Kutch. I was travelling with my wife, sister, brother in law and their 5 year old daughter. The booking was done through Make My Trip and had checked reviews on Tripadvisor. This is one of the most horrible hotels one can ever experience. The rooms are dusty and unclean. When we checked in, the health faucet in the bathroom was leaking. There was a weird smell in the room and bathroom was worse. The towels were torn and unclean. The bedsheets were horrible too. The water dispenser in the room seemed to have not been cleaned for ages. There is no proper ventilation in the room as well as bathrooms. The fittings in the bathroom had been oxidised. We checked in and immediately started looking for alternate accommodation in Bhuj. We were fortunate enough to find another hotel otherwise our stay here would have been a nightmare. We eventually booked at family room (4 beded) at Hotel Prince Residency. |It is strictly not recommended for families and for people who are finicky about hygiene and cleanliness. We checked in at 6:30 pm in the evening and had checked out by 6:45 pm. The staff is also quite ill mannered. They walk into the rooms with their footwear on. |Make My Trip initiated a full refund for the cancellation even after check out. And our 2 nights stay in Bhuj went well at Hotel Prince Residency.

Worst hotel ever seen. Service wad very very horrible. Bedspreads & rugs were not clean & they were torn too, toilets were unhygienic, bathrooms were stinking very very horrible. Hotel is poorly planned for air ventilation. The staff were not bothered about the above mentioned issues. They do not help the customers with their luggages. The one star is just for the hot water.

Okay for the price if you have no other option. The rooms are very clean but the bathroom is a bit dirty (permanent stains and deposits). There is low water pressure and hot water is not always available. No food available and service is very basic. WiFi works well. Located away from the main city.

The place was probably new when it got the rave reviews. It is okay, not bad for a budget stay. No towels in bathrooms, but staff was very courteous and prompt. I traveled with a child and they got us everything we needed in a prompt manner. Allowed early check in too.

we had booked triple bed a.c room, but we were given double bed a.c room and were said triple bed a c room is under maintenance. later on i found that it was not under maintenance but was allotted to some other guest. aftet argument they shifted me to triple bed a c room. no brakfast provision even on payment basis. hotel is located on outskirt of city so we are cut off from the city and can't get any thing nearby hotel except one super market which was nearby . even the fflush in the toilet was not working properly. cleanliness was zero

We had 3 days stay at this Hotel in BHUJ in last week of December 2014. ||After 10 minutes travelling from Bhuj Railway station we reached to hotel we found the location was the best part and Rooms were nice, well decorated, and very clean and well run occupied with Wi-Fi internet, TV & decent bathrooms with hot water. ||During our 3 days stay we enjoyed good hospitality, good food along with helpful and friendly staff. tourist attractions place are nearby easily reachable by local transportation . Airport & Railway Pickup facility is provided by hotel on request. ||Divya jyot residency With Everyday Room service, it is a very nice place to stay.
