Comfort Inn Prince hotel

Excellent room at good rate. Near local markets. Helpful staff and great restaurant. Morning breakfast was excellent. Evening menu had good choices and reasonably priced. Checking in to checking out seamless !

Good Hotel. Location wise its located in the old market. Location is crowded and full of dust and trash. No scenic views. Near to Railway station. Excellent food. Slow service. Rooms are good. Limited parking space.

It is one of the oldest hotels in Bhuj. I booked the room very reluctantly. However, The room was good. Food was good but costly. The location is an issue. It is located in an old area of Bhuj with nothing much around. But the overall experience was good.

The hotel is really good. It's close to the city centre and railway station. The rooms are hygienic , have hot water and toiletries provided. The restaurant associated provides delicious food. We went there with a suspicion as there were mixed Google reviews. This is a perfect place in case you need to visit rann of kutch and couldn't grab a great tent in the tent city of Rann as this is 1-1.5 hr drive from there.

Very bad service - and felt completely disregarded by Mr. Mahesh who was at the reception when we checked in. Our AC was not working so no cooling in the room.. this was the scene for more than 2-3 hours with us repeatedly following up with them but it felt like they did not take the situation seriously. Even our TV was not working nor was the wifi that good. Finally we had to change the room - we were super tired after a hectic day and they made us change the room with no apology.

The Receptionist / Front office lady was very courteous. The Restaurant staff is very very efficient, polite and pro-active. Especially Mr Balu & Mr Rahul who understood our difficulty ; took order on phone because we would be late ( after 2.15 pm). The Chef is very experienced and all-- my Canadian Guests, ( Samdhis / in-laws) my wife, my daughter and myself loved the food. Keep up the quality of food & service. God bless you all. We just had dinner at the restaurant. Guess one of the few non veg options in Bhuj. Excellent butter chicken and butter naan. Other guests were also enjoying their food. Would recommend for dining.

Rooms are too good cleaned ... staff is polite (specially reception men Mr. Mohan ) . Nice property to stay. By mistake i have done my booking other date but they have helped me to change date.
