I had a good overall experience during my stay at this hotel. The food was tasty, and breakfast was included, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious, and the service was also good. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. However, the quality of the bedsheets, blankets, and towels could be improved. If that's taken care of, this place would be even better.

We came only to eat food but we were very respected and were helped. Not like any other buffet but the variety is a little low. The stuff was very nice. When I asked for some corn he delivered it in less than 5 minutes. There was no booty but when we asked he delivered right away just so hot the service was good. The food was good

I recently booked Hotel Click Bhuj for two nights in February during my Rann tour. We had a pleasant experience with both dinner and breakfast, which were satisfactory. However, I encountered a significant and terrible issue regarding non-working of AC during night due to issues in the power supply in the area. The hotel is located outside the city, near the railway platform, which seems to result in irregular power availability. As an AC hotel, I expected that a backup power supply for the air conditioning units would be standard. Unfortunately, there was a power outage due to voltage fluctuations from 1:30 AM to 4:30 AM on our first night. Without air conditioning and with only a ceiling fan, it was difficult to sleep during those crucial hours. I made multiple inquiries at the front desk during the night and noticed other guests making similar complaints. We were only able to sleep for about 3-4 hours after 4:30 AM, which disrupted our travel plans for the next day. I reported the issue to the front desk and spoke with the General Manager, Subhashish, who was very polite and acknowledged the problem. He offered a refund for the second day, if we chose to check out. Upon further inquiry, we learned that voltage fluctuations are a common issue in this area, particularly during the summer months. After considering other options, we decided to check out and received our refund within 3-4 days. I recommend that future guests confirm the availability of a reliable power backup before booking this property. If a backup is not assured, it may be wise to look for other accommodations with better power support. Strictly avoid this property. Additionally, I encountered a concerning situation with the behavior of the security person, who was quite rude while I was speaking with the front desk. This added to the overall dissatisfaction with our stay. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, I urge potential guests to exercise caution when booking this hotel due to the power supply issues.

One of the best in Bhuj. As soon as I entered the room the aroma was superb. Washroom is very clean. Size of the room is good. Breakfast though limited everything on the menu was perfect. Staff is super helpful and check in check out was smooth.

Convenient location next to railway station spacious room, WiFi available, public transport available. Airport is just 8 minutes drive from here. Complimentary breakfast, attached restaurant.

Had a very comfortable stay. Staff is very cooperative and efficient. We got an excellent service from Nigam at the restaurant.

Pathetic behaviour of the Front Desk executive. Having conversation with him felt like, he is doing a favour to us and renting a room as if it's FOC. Basic hospitality is least what one can expect from such brand.

Rooms and Interior: great equivalent to a 4 star hotel Food: there is a restaurant, cinnamon. We had our lunch there, it was good. Food was freshly prepared and delicious Service : upto the mark and staff is well versed Location: just beside railway station Cons : Currently there is some construction going on around in area of railway station by government. Cause of this nearby areas are in chaos but didn't bother us much. Nearby road behind hotel is flooded with clogged gutter water due to this construction work, initially this was a turn off but overall we had a quality stay. Hotel per se is equivalent to a 4 star . We had a pleasant stay here and highly recommended place.
