The location of the resort is beautiful. The rooms are nice and spacious however cleanliness was lacking. Our comforter had lipstick stains however during our visit, we encountered a venomous snake right next to our room. Having toddler with us, we couldn't risk staying there since he loves to run around and lacks the understanding of creatures just yet. We ended up checking out in 4 hours. however they didn't check us out and did not refund our money back for the rest of the stay. The resort is nice, but it could be maintained better.

I won't recommend this place. The rooms are very small. Not much toiletries are provided. Simple thing like liquid soap is not provided. Just one single cheap soap was given. Food was horrible. We ordered some tandoori starters. They gave the food 1 hour later and too inedible. Some of them were burnt which they accepted and took it back. Others were not cooked properly. Breakfast was still edible. There were spiders and spider webs all over the property. You cant avoid them without walking around the property. Overall had a bad experience.

Very pathetic service. I'm currently staying in this resort. Checked in yesterday with my family. We were told yesterday that room service(food) is not available due to staff on leave. Today they told me that all their staff have left. They don't have a land line to reach anyone in the resort. We have to depend on the mobile network which is very bad in this area. There is no wifi provided by the resort. Again mobile network is the only option that we are left with. To get any other room service we need to call their reception mobile no . To inquire about food we need to call their restaurant manager with whom they have a contract. Any complaints we need to raise with restaurant manager only. Resort manager told me that they will not handle any complaints about food. During the breakfast buffet, they spy on how much food is being eaten by each room guests. A lot of communication happens as to how many guests in each room had what food. I heard this myself this morning. Apart from breakfast buffet, other food bills needs to be settled immediately as per the restaurant manager. For each item they took min of 30min to bring. But bill was given immediately and asked to pay immediately. Unlike others resorts or hotels where we stayed so far in Gujrat this kind of behaviour was not seen. Check in date: 14 jan Check out date: 17 jan Booking name: Sunil Kumar This resort is about to close. The receptionist told me that they stopped accepting bookings. They might even say that we didn't stay here to avoid addressing this feedback/review. Raunak is the resort manager who will be not reachable most of the time. Other staff will not share his number when we need. We came here for Rann Festival. But very sad to say that this resort has disappointed us who came from Bangalore all the way to Gujarat.

We visited today in group of 30 person, from kids to elders everyone enjoyed the place, food, pool and all amenities Well maintdmed property and food was very good, highly recommend

The ambience was just perfect for family get together, the stuffs were amazing, the room are minimalist and elegant!! The food was so delicious...Overall the resort has a great interior and it's just perfect place to spend your vacation!!|Thank you!

Such amazing resorts with amazing view . Food were also delicious. Staff was so cooperative.
