I booked 3 rooms at this place, 3 weeks in advance, for Holi festival day. For 6 adults and 3 kids. I did it Directly by calling at the resort. Did online payment as requested by Mr. Karan at the resort. I confirmed swimming pool amenity will be available. Mr karan also said their resort is fully booked, and these rooms were among the last ones available. Just 3 days before the HOLI outing, I get a call from Mr Karan, that the swimming pool has been "allotted" to a party of 150 adults, and WE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED USE THE SWIMMING POOL ON DAY OF HOLI ! On insisting that we should be allowed to enter the pool, as we are paying for the rooms, he said it will not be their responsibility if our kids get injured due the adults party. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. 150 PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE A ROOM BOOKING, ARE ALLOWED TO USE SWIMMING POOL, AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE A ROOM BOOKING AND HAVE PAID 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE ARE DISALLOWED FROM THE POOL. I had no option but to cancel the booking. Holi festival plans are screwed because all good resorts are now full, and no rooms are available elsewhere on 3 days notice. I have never seen any resort or hotel behave so unprofessionally. Now they will sell my vacated rooms at even higher rates to other people. Cheap mentality.

Hotel was amazing. Location is good. Room was nice premium. Property looks like a five-star property. Ambience was good staff was cooperative Soon. They are going to open the restaurant services. Love the location and view of the resort. it is one of the finest and premium looking hotels of the Bhuj Nearby Dwarka greens

Firstly nice location and wonderful hotel in peaceful place. Food is different from all the hotels i have tested and very testy and fresh. Staff is also very nice and kind. Love and good wishes to owners.
