Hotel Janki

I had booked 1 room at this hotel. Owner Chirag already was paid advance of Rs 1000. Due to some circumstances, we had to cancel the booking. We informed 20 hours in advance and did not expect full refund. When we went in person and informed the owners about cancellation, their behavior was pathetic. They started to scold and used foul language. This just explains the character of the owner and kind of hospitality that you can expect. In fact the owner was about to physically assault as well. We were short of time and that's why did not reported to police station. Very poor and rude behavior. Do not book here. They don't deserve to do any hospitality business. In fact the nearby hotel Shree is very good and owner is very polite.

I witnessed extremely rude and aggressive behavior by the hotel manager Chirag. Guest had to cancel one room due to some avoidable circumstances. They paid an advance amount. As a courtesy, guest visited hotel in person and were trying to explain why they have to cancel. The manager and his spouse got mad on hearing a room getting cancelled. This is being informed a day before. Room cancellations a day earlier are very common. The guests were not expecting full refund. In fact manager demanded for complete room rent. It's a busy season and they can easily get the room filled. The manager became aggressive and started speaking foul language as if guests have committed a crime. He in fact was about to physically assault the guest. The matter should be informed to local police and their hotel business should be banned. Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone in future to visit this hotel. There are several guest houses nearby with good hotel managers. Pathetic behavior

It's very wonderful and great experience in my life. I spend a very beautiful and precious time in Bhavna Janki Hotel, Mr Chirag, so kindly and very grateful. Nature is taking care of me and my family. I thankful to Mr. Chirag and his wife.

The stay was amazing. Clean rooms, great staff, and a perfect location. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel, the experience was not good by the rude behavior of the lady who manages the place. On one occasion, she approached me in a very unfriendly manner, telling me to switch off the AC whenever I left the room. While I understand the need to conserve energy, her tone was unnecessarily harsh. She even added that they could tell if the AC wasn't turned off by checking the water from the AC condenser. This kind of treatment makes the stay uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you're looking for a pleasant experience, you might want to consider other options where the management is more courteous and respectful towards their guests.

I booked two rooms at this hotel, but they did not inform me beforehand that they do not provide towels or that the TV was not working. When I arrived with my relatives, I asked about their online payment option, and the owners said they only accept cash. I paid 1,000 upfront and said I would pay the balance later, but the owners kept calling me to ask for the remaining payment. When I returned to the hotel, I expressed my dissatisfaction with their poor service. The male owner then angrily said that I can check out right now if I want. Overall, this was a very bad experience, with the hotel failing to provide basic amenities and the owners being rude and demanding immediate full payment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the unprofessional behavior, lack of transparency, and poor customer service.

Mr. Chirag and Ma'am was veery corporative, helpful, humble and professional. Best place to stay , close to girnar parwat and market with affordable price. Nice and clean rooms with hot water.

Great servise and polite behaviour of the management as well as staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would like to recommend as first choice to stay near girnar.
