OYO 60772 Hotel King Stone

Service and room hygiene problem.. don't clean the room well. Dust will be visible everywhere except furs. Bcoz here just sweeping and mopping on furs. Delay in services. bed sheets and pillow covers do not change. Rooms size not comfortable. No ventilation in the room. Hotel staff good and polite. AC works good.

Clear from outside but bedsheets looked like it wasn't washed.. please check once before picking the room Hot water available Soup Towel - But I would bring my own in this covid time... We can't risk it when we saw the bedsheets

They did not have hot water in bathroom( temperature 12 degree).||Manager is fraud they did not provide bill.Simply avoid this stay.You get better options in Bhavnagar.Only interior is Good .Service is not up to the mark.||||Simply avoid

Very Unsatisfied with Reception Staff Behavior. When I was go there for check in at 11pm night. They have told that all room are booked. Even I have Pre Booking. I have called them 10 to 12 times before I go there but they didn't receive my call. They can cancel booking anytime.

This hotel do not provide the basic amenities to the customer. Very poor services, no breakfast and dinner services. Also very much problem in the bathroom. Infact lodge is more good as compared to this hotel.

Only Interior is good,They do not have hot water in Bathroom. Fraud Staff they didn't even gave me bill .Please do not stay at this hotel.You get better option in Bhavnagar

Poor, poor, poor irresponsible service. No responsive staff, only exteriors are good internally everything in very bad condition. Worthless, fullishness to stay here.

Fraud guy they didn't even gave me bill . I ask for ... Seriously very careless peeps.staff are also very careless. I ll not recommend for anyone for this hotel
