Provide inside restorant and all types of rooms it's not Modrate hotel and drive true free parking slot available gallery view rooms 4 floor hotel building nice view small garden which have swings enjoy morning and evening close to nature...

I have been to many hotels and have been a regular traveller and I can confidently say this stay has been the worst stay of my life and would never ever ever recommend anyone to stay here. I have my huge family staying in Bhavnagar and in the nearby areas and have strictly told them to never stay with this property. Below are some of the highlights of my stay: 1. The owner does not stand by his words. We were a group of 14 people and the general check in time is 12 which is understood but we had a word with him 2 to 3 weeks in advance and he did mention that he will provide us not all but 2 to 3 rooms early for check in and the rest at the regular time but when we reached the hotel they were denying and were charging 50% of the hotel rate for some 3 to 4 hours 2. The cleanliness is pathetic, the AC was not working in one of my rooms and they charged full price for that. The washroom amenities were all rusted and half of it were not working like the flush, jet spray and all. The bed sheets quality were pathetic we have to put our personal sheets in the bed before we sleep. 3. The management is purely a money hoggs and does not care about the service they are providing I am really surprised OYO does not care for there brands as well and does not check the hygiene of the property. We would never visit here not would suggest anyone to stay here as well.

1.all rooms are dirty after escalation room service was appointed & the service lady wipe all the floors for both rooms in front of us. 2. All beds found dirty which are unwashed ever & found old usage stains of liquid materials. 3. Both bathrooms are dirty & unceaned. 4. AC cooling is ineffective & receiving unpleasant dirty smell continuously from that. 5. TV channels are contain only DD free dish channels so we can't enjoy to watch TV. 5. WIFI is not properly working, speed limit was capped. 6. Water cooler point & lift is dirty & found unsuable since long time. Everything related to room is not good, please don't hire any room here it will leads you lost of money as well as time.

Stay at Hotel Jubilee at Bhavnagar was my worst experience with OYO rooms. We have booked two rooms. Hot water was not available in both rooms. TV was not working in one room. Half a dozen people worked for more than 2 hours without any solution. Door latch was not there in one room. Both rooms were dirty. It was very noisy as renovation work was going on until 7 PM. We could not relax during day time. In spite of our request to change the room, Manager and the staff have not obliged. After escalation with the owner, he was kind enough and changed the room. Everything was fine in the changed rooms but for the noise. My humble request to OYO is not to take any bookings for this hotel until the renovation work is complete and OYO inspect and satisfy themselves before taking any new booking.

I recently stayed at hotel and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. From start to finish, there were numerous issues that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Worst hotel ever,they are doing business in Black so not accepting money in any online transaction they were only prefer cash to run business in Black. They are deserving rating in minus! They do not have any cancellations policy, no record mentioned in booklet or anything and if anyone pay in advance they will not give you single penny, this hotel should be shut down.

Third class category hotel for stay. Will never go there again. Worst experience ever. Dirt is everywhere & No cleanliness. Neither rooms are clean nor bathrooms. Doors can't open and close easily. Hotel people's concern is only money, nothing else... Beggar person. I suggest you to never never ever go to this hotel by any means.
