Rooms were excellent and well kept no single challenge for two weeks. Service with a smile always ready to help. Service call just attended in 1 minute max. Service at par. Excellent food with exhaustive menu. Floor manager to the serving staff always on toes with a smiling face. Manager was making sure all was good at all times. She was trying best to keep personal communication to each individual making sure stay was comfortable. Best was A smile on face of each staff.

We had an absolutely good short overnight stay. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast buffet was good . The staff ensured that we were comfortable. The only thing which can be improved is to have 24x7 restaurants or some mini meals available at odd hours, I will rate this as value and excellent stay.

One of the best hotel in Bhavnagar. Room service = Good Other Amenities = Good Restaurant : Sugar and Spice manages the restaurant and one of the fine dine in Bhavnagar. If food is inclusive with your room package, you have to choose from limited items and chapati was not part of that (mainly from Punjabi or Pizza)

Very nice rooms with very good service . Had stayed for 1 night and the ambience of the room was pretty good . They allowed us to check in early without hassles Receptionist was very humble and friendly . The restaurant sugar and spice just below the hotel is the pretty good and the food was delicious Rooms are same as photos They helped us to schedule cab also Overall was a nice stay and recommend this hotel at this price in Bhavnagar for family stay

No parking space Reception staff behavior is very rude They are not allowing 30 mins early or late check in check out. After check out you can not park your vehicle in front of hotel, as reception person is telling to pull out air from tyre
