Hotel Vijay Palace

Very poor location. However, once on their floor - it was cozy. Rooms were spacious. They have their own restau at 1st floor, so didnt had to travel long for breakfast n dinner. Food was tasty too. Need to work on bathroom cleaning though.

Very Bad customer service by the receptionist (Beard guy) we have paid all in advance and booked the room and we checked in late so the receptionist was very angry on us showing no respect for customer and expecting for the customer to say sorry we have paid in advance and booked the room so we can come anytime But the game was he sold the room to someone else and when we showed up he misbehaved with us. At last he gave us the room with very bad cleanliness, smoking smell in the room Never recommend anybody in this Hotel The receptionist (beard guy) say we dont care about rating, reviews and we dont care if customer come again

Best experience....its my first time visit in bhavnagar and trust me it's value for money. The staff is very cooperative. Very easy checkin and checkout. They have their resturant at 1st floor and kaka is so nice and food is very awesome. Hygienic and superb taste. Washroom was clean ..I deny other reviews for clogging of washroom n all.... locality is nice... downstairs there is ice cream parlor too. Nearby they have 2 temples, so locality and area is nice too. Bus stand is jst 2 mins away. Very impressive...

As a well wisher I am advising to look into basis necessity like 2 charging point,water heater.Anti mosquito unit which I didn't find in my room further bathroom was not not clean
