Hotel The Sankalp Retreat

I really had a wonderful experience of stay at this hotel. Starting from the staff at the reception. I am not sure about the name but I guess Rahul was really good in hospitality and taking care of my comfort. The room was really spacious, clean and well maintained. The hotel is really located at a great place with easy accessibility to various tourist spots. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Bhavnagar.

Value for money...We stayed for 3 nights. No in house restaurant but food service available in the room. Food is little expensive. Food quality is low. For an extra bed they provide an old fashioned cotton bed without bedsheet instead of mattress. Mr.Prakashbhai is a gentleman and helpful. The location is good.

Feedback on My Stay in Premium Room 1003 I stayed in Premium Room 1003 at your hotel and would like to share my experience. Bathroom Facilities: There was no bucket or mug provided in the bathroom. Upon requesting, it was given, but I was told by the assistant that these are not included in premium rooms. My concern is, how can we comfortably judge the water temperature from the geyser without these basic items? Noise Issue: The soundproofing of the room was inadequate. I could hear all the noise from the adjacent room, which disturbed my rest and compromised my privacy. Housekeeping Standards: While the amenities in the room are brand new, they are not well-maintained. There was noticeable dust, which indicates a lack of proper housekeeping. These issues may impact the comfort and satisfaction of future guests. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the overall experience.
