HOTEL SUN 'N' SHINE

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional. While booking my room through Agoda, I mistakenly selected single occupancy instead of double occupancy. I fully acknowledge my error and requested a change, willing to pay the necessary additional charges. However, the receptionist kept changing the rates, which felt arbitrary and unfair. Initially, they quoted an extra Rs. 500 per night, but after an hour of back-and-forth, the rate increased to Rs. 1000 per night. After much discussion, they finally settled on Rs. 826, which only highlighted their lack of a reasonable pricing structure. The manager was unhelpful and treated us as if he were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay. I was highly dissatisfied with the entire reception team; they need to improve their customer service skills and stop imposing unreasonable charges. I would strongly advise against staying here, as the receptionist's behavior can lead to significant inconvenience. Overall, it was a truly frustrating experience

Extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel ! Unfortunately, my experience was completely unsatisfactory ! Uncleanliness and poor maintenance of the room - Unfriendly Manager ! Despite my efforts to bring these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, I did not receive a satisfactory response or resolution. As a result, my stay was extremely uncomfortable and stressful.

Had a really good experience at Hotel Sun 'N' Shine. Clean rooms, good service, and great location. Highly recommended!

Predicting on the name of the hotel, obviously one can feel something better, but we couldn't find any attraction. Looking to the building structure, it's presumed that construction is older needs to be renovated. Looking outside the fifth floor, some wild trees coming out from the hollow of walls, which needs their attention. In short, hotel is not bad not worst.

Cockroaches in the room, rooms smell like sewage. Disgusting. The staff were not bothered by our comments. Doesn't seem like they're gonna take any action.

As Per Floor n Location Room Rate Is Very Higher Staff Was Not Agree For Gave A Room In Resnable Rate Due To Fix Salary Staff..

Nice and renovated hotel with good amenities in Bhavnagar City area. Rooms and facilities are very good but location is in densely populated bus stand area with lots of traffic noice. Rates are reasonable here. They also have in-house dining and catering, although you get plenty of eating stuff in walking distance. They did not have their sign board on when we checked in !! Funny !

I recently stayed at this Hotel and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The service was lackluster, with several requests either delayed or unfulfilled. Moreover, the billing process was problematic. I had to remind the front desk multiple times for an invoice, which is a basic expectation for any guest. The lack of promptness in providing a bill, coupled with the absence of a proper invoice at checkout, was highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
