Vits Select Bharuch

This must be the only worst property of Vits. Axcept the location nothing is good. In spite of being located just opposite to Bharuch Railway station, they close their kitchen at 10pm and do not entertain any order nor allow outside food in their premises. They do serve tap water in used bisleri bottles which is extremely unhygienic. The service is very slow. Staff is not trained at all. No mirrors in the Bathrooms. Toilet seats were broken. AC was not functioning efficiently.

Wrost experience with booking VITS Bharuch..Wrost room , No electric plug working , AC is too loudly work , TV and all facilities are not provide properly . Just provide room to sleep at 2000/- rs...select any hotel against this all are compare good against this hotel...

It's just spoiling the brand name. Booked it looking at VITS but it's the same old infra and staff. The rooms are filled with mosquitoes. They do not have a dental kit and neither a iron but yet try to call themselves a 3 star hotel!! Never going to recommend it to anyone

Writing from hotel room no 103 at Vits select, Bharuch.Third class hotel that's been taken over. Poorly maintained rooms...swich boards have come out, switches not working properly, TV not working,dead telephone, can't call reception ,only one towel for 2 pax, bath tiles are broken with cement filled to cover up, cement covered on the wash basin platform ,no drinking water, milk and sugar sachets not provided...had to ask for it.. housekeeping at its worst.. After checking in, we were told to go to room, no one acvompanied through a dark passage,not knowing where to go. Told about all these grievances at the reception counter...but nothing was done to correct.. Horrible stay. Not worth 500Rs There's no way to give minus stars so I have given one. Will never return anytime.
