Very old rooms. It's like you are entering into British Era room. Indian Jails have more space then this. Public toilet is cleaned regular, but not this Hotel. Paint is coming out of ceiling and walls. Bathroom is not cleaned. If you are visiting bharuch with family then Don't go to this Hotel in any condition. Jai Hind . Happy Republic day everyone. I asked him to why hot water is not coming they tell booking karne se pehle puchna chaiye na Very rude behaviour of staff and i don't recommend this hotel ever. Worst hotel ever in bharuch

Very bad hotel. No staff. No Lift. Dirty rooms. High charges. Unhygienic restaurant and unjustified price. A bad quality cup of tea is about Rs. 45 and quality is low than Rs. 5 tea. Just a boiled water with tea leaf and few milk. Paratha is just for name and price is much high. Rooms are much duty and with insects. Never recommend.

I would say one can avoid this place by looking for some other options. Reason: 1. Food is ok. Basic things are also missing. For example buffet breakfast had limited options which is fine but even that was not in sufficient quantity. The only thing was the captain of restaurant was good n polite person. 2. Rooms were not very well kept. Smell of cigarettes, flush keeps on flowing water for 5 mins. Atleast before getting fully stopped. Huge wastage of water and reception was quite okay with it. Landline to call on reception was not there! 3. Not a senior citizen friendly hotel. Lift is not there, the only thing they helped was by giving the room on 1st floor. By far my longest review for any hotel or restaurant. But was highly disappointed.

The location of the hotel is good, services are as per your requirement. It has a kitchen so no need to go anywhere for food the quality of food is also good you can order it to your room or you can have your meal in the dining hall.

1. Owner is Cheater, they told me on the day of check-in that you have to pay 2.5 days because you will checkout after 12 PM on 2nd day So I am agree, but on Checkout day they charged me full 3 Days 2. Chef is Inexperienced I ordered mutton rogan josh and they served me mutton curry and I ordered chicken changezi and they served me Chicken Kadai , when I told them that you served me wrong food then they told me " yhi hamare yha yhi milta hai" 3. Room is pathetic and dirty

I am staying here for past 20 days. Food was average intially, but from last 1 week food was very good after arrival of new GM Mr.Ahmed . We can find different flavours in each and every food item. Malai kabab, roghan ghost, Tandoori jingha was best items .Every item was good .I liked these things very much. I loved this hotel.
