Regenta Central Harimangla, Bharuch

We had enquired whether the rooms are wheelchair accessible. We were pleasantly surprised when we were allotted a room that was specifically designed for Wheelchair dependent persons. The room was very large, clean and decently arranged. Overall ambience of the hotel is very nice and pleasant. The restaurant at the hotel is mix with veg & non-veg hence we skipped having any food at the hotel. We had booked the room without breakfast by approaching the hotel directly.

had the most miserable experience at this hotel, and I had to cut my stay short after just one day, even though I had booked for two. Despite booking a king-size bed, I was given a twin-bed room after a delayed and chaotic check-in. I made repeated requests to fix this, but the duty manager and staff were completely useless and didn't care to resolve the issue. The service was atrocious--nobody was available to assist with anything, and staff members were either absent or acted like they had no idea what they were doing. The breakfast was an absolute joke. There was nothing in the bowls, and whatever little was left was of third-class quality. There was no one in the restaurant to help or refill anything, leaving guests frustrated and confused. To make things worse, when I tried contacting MakeMyTrip for assistance, the hotel blatantly ignored all calls. I was left stranded without any proper support. This experience was so bad that I left the hotel after one night, despite having paid for two. It's a total waste of money, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time, comfort, or money.

The best decorated rooms I have ever been in. Overall very good vibes. Totally recommend it. Worth every penny. Food was amazing. Staff was very polite and friendly. Overall I would give it a 5 out of 5 stars. Best hotep for especially for couples.

Food quality is good but very limited food option. Place is on highway so dusty area. Workers judge customers from their outfits. From my own opinion they are not trained well, they badly need training because they represent name of good or let's say 5star hotel groups. 2 star is only because of name otherwise it should be 1 star. If system will change stars will change automatically.

I didn't stay here but instead only visited this place for dinner. I was travelling from afar and decided to have dinner here before hoping onto NE4. The restaurant staff was amazing but the food was just bad! I had to barf 3 times once I reached my destination. I had chicken dish and garlic cheese naan. I would not recommend to have to from here. Most probably either the chicken was not good or the cheese used in the naan. This place essentially gave me food poisoning.

Very pleased with the room cleaning service provided by Sonia an Raj Kumar, the floor supervisor Mr Rahul Mishra was very accommodating. |My garden view room was very nice and clean with a nice garden view. |Breakfast was good with an option for omelette to your choice and plenty other options were also available.

Ambience is nice. Food was Okayish, veg options are limited and taste was below par. Ample parking space with valet parking available. Taste wise the food wasn't worth the price, however one could pay for the ambience.

My stay at Regenta Hotel, Bharuch was disappointing. While I initially enjoyed the food and service, my experience in the executive room was poor. I was placed in a lawn-facing room with unbearable noise from a party. After requesting a room change, the staff took over an hour to accommodate me, and the alternative rooms offered were equally problematic. One was in the smoking zone with a party still ongoing, and the other was a cramped deluxe room facing the passage. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room itself was not up to standard--it had a stale smell, and the overall experience was far from relaxing. The hotel also refused to refund the difference for the executive room or provide an upgrade. If you're seeking a peaceful stay with smooth service, this hotel may not be the best option.
