OYO 22869 Hotel Comfort

Hotel comfort is a Hotelier that provides amenities according to the one's capacity. Rooms are clean and having good interior. Bathrooms/toilets are also good but I don't like one thing that hygiene here is poor in rooms and washrooms. Room service is also somewhat poor. Overall experience was okay. I didn't try out the restaurant, because of poor reviews according to locals. I had dinner at "Kathiyawadi " just opposite to this hotel and it should be better than Hotel's food.

Ambiance was good n food was ok. My earlier experience was great. But this time the staff was changed. N things get worse when my guest who never had non-veg in her life ate non-veg. My occasion was completely ruined. I gave two stars just for the ambience.

Pretty decent hotel keeping bharuch location in mind. The rooms are clean, food taste is average. They have a small gym and a pool table. Towels are not that clean but hey they change it the moment you ask for it.

This Hotel is not at par with any standards. 1. Food has bugs in it. 2. Rooms does not have proper housekeeping. 3. Maintenance is poor for plumbing and electrical work. 4. Staff not trained 5. Errogent front desk staff . 6. Cafeteria is not properly maintained

Very very poor housekeeping and room service. I was alloted Room No. 101 but on that floor as per the receptionist staff was not available to serve as all the staff had left the job recently. The room did not had soap shampoo and towel,had to ask and wait long . TV and AC remote's were missing and when brought were not working. ( Fixed later wasting almost 20 minutes ) The Hot water was not available at all.when checked in in the early hours was informed that it will come 24 hrs.but never came . When enquired they informed that boiler had busted in the morning due to which hot water was not coming. I spoke to some of the guest at the hotel and they added spice to the experience stating it wasn't coming yesterday as well. Although The booked from OYO The hotel facilities and amenities were not upto the standard.

Room was new. The hotel is on the 4th floor. Downstairs there are some caterers and restaurants. The parking is provided in an apartment complex near the hotel. You can see your car from the rooms. The staff is courteous. The room was clean.

Dirtly bedsheet, look like not wash for months, broken Toilets, Broken toilet doors and not cleaned, WiFi not working, Pathetic service. After some good conversation they change the rooms but the new rooms was also bit same. No option hence we have to adjust!!
Staff really bad!!!
We were told kitchen will get open till 11:30pm and it got close on 11pm!!
Oyo is fraud!!
Book for breakfast but the hotel denied it since it was not seen there in Tab Oyo App!!!
Complaint to Oyo but it not resolved!!

I went for a friend's engagement in this hotel. The rooms are super clean especially the washroom and is very spacious.The staff is very cooperative. The hotel food was also good. The tariff of the rooms is also reasonable. #hotelreview
