Hyatt Place Bharuch

I cannot fault anything about this hotel or the staff. Everything from being greeted by a happy smiling Hetal on arriving to an easy check out when leaving wad great. The buffet is always tasty and well stocked. The rooms are really clean. The gym is spacious and offers a couple of nice treadmills and weights. The infinity pool is a nice place to unwind. I'll definitely be back

The Hyatt is one of the best few hotels I would totally loved to visit each time without any doubt, It maintains it standards and the Food is exceptional, better than few so called top notch hotels. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Check in and check in & check out was a breeze. Pool was clean and clear. Spa facilities are good. Wifi - Too good. Food - Excellent and buffet was great and desserts are awesome. No other hotel gave as many as options in Desserts as Hyatt.

Really loved the experience for one day stay in Hyatt place bharuch! |Mr. Masoom made sure everything was perfect for our date night, from food to drinks and creating a beautiful ambience! |Mr. Vikash and his team at the zong restaurant , personally provided us assistance during our breakfast and made sure we had everything to eat that we wanted. |Definately recommending my friends to stay here and for sure coming here again. A supreme 5 star experience! :)

Good customer service overall, Kishan and Tarun are the guys! Polite and awesome. ||The food was great, and the drinks were awesome. They have good parking facility with accommodation security guards at their locations.||Must visit, Thank you guys!

My stay at this Hotel was comfortable...overall rating can be 4.5 ...I would like provide feedback for improvement. The housekeeping service guys were good at interaction but they missed few things in room cleaning.. The service guys specially at the Zing are very nice and polite but they need to have more vocal and interactive... I think management needs to improvise on trainings as they appeared to me as they were little new and less confident Non vegetarian food options in buffet was very limited The fish biriyani was good But in mutton biryani , mutton was very chewy more variety of food is expected It would add more value if more details are added with food description like what type of fish and ingredients are added / little brief of taste the food is going to offer , so that it would be easier to choose and food waste shall be minimal

Zing.||I like the quietness and private space here. Also the architectural built-up of the place is attractive.||The facilities are good and the zing restaurant has some delicious varieties to savour. All the best.||I would love to stay for extended periods.

Location is not nice. They had no valet service. Room was small. Food was excellent. Reception attitude was arrogant. Restaurant and housekeeping excellent. In all overpriced at 15k for one night and dinner, in a place called Bharuch with air pollution, and garbage on bad roads. Will we ever become clean??
